NASA and SpaceX are holding a news conference Tuesday after the SpaceX Dragon capsule splashed down off Florida’s coast carrying Starliner astronauts Barry “Butch” Wilmore and Sunita “Suni” Williams and two other crewmates. The mission ended Wilmore and Williams’ 286-day stay in space that was supposed to last about eight days.
