GARDAI have issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of a teenage boy missing from Dublin.
Mohammad Al Mashal, 14, was reported missing from the Dublin 1 area earlier today.
The teenage boy also goes by the name Mohammed Khalid.
He was last seen on Lower Dorset Street, Dublin 1, at around 1.45pm on Saturday February 1.
Mohammad is described as being 5 foot 4 inches in height and has a slim build.
The teen also has black hair and brown eyes.
When last seen he was wearing an orange rain coat and a black Adidas jumper with an orange graphic.
He was also wearing a pair black Adidas tracksuit bottoms.
Gardai are asking anyone who may have information on Mohammad’s location to make contact with them.
In a statement they said: “Gardai are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Mohammad Al Mashal (also goes by Mohammed Khalid), who is reported missing from the Dublin 1 area since Saturday 1st February 2025.
“He was last seen on Lower Dorset Street, Dublin 1, at approximately 1.45pm.”
They continued: “Mohammad Al Mashal (Mohammed Khalid), is described as being 5 foot 4 inches in height, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
“When last seen, Mohammad Al Mashal (Mohammed Khalid) was wearing an orange rain coat, a black Adidas jumper with an orange graphic, and black Adidas tracksuit bottoms.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Mountjoy Garda Station on (01) 666 8600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.”
