A TODDLER was found wandering the streets alone wearing just a nappy as cops launch an investigation.
The tot was found by passersby in Pill Mill, Newport, justbefore 7am today according to police.
Reports on social media suggest the youngster was non-verbal and had been found wearing only nappies whilst holding onto the toy.
