TEMPERATURES are set to soar to a sunny 15C today after lows of -4C in places this morning.
And the warmer weather will be accompanied by dry spells over the coming days.

Met Eireann’s Deirde Lowe said: “We have a couple of dry days ahead now with plenty of sunshine.
“Becoming quite warm by day too, especially across the west.
“It will still be fairly warm for the time of year on Friday but turning more unsettled by then as showers move up.”
Weather expert Alan O’Reilly of Carlow Weather took to social media to reveal -4C lows accompanied the frosty start to this morning.
However, Met Eireann have promised that lingering fog, mist and fog will clear to a drier day today.
Some cloud may form across the southern coastal counties and Munster will have “occasionally fresh” breezes .
Despite that temperatures will still reach highs of 11C to 15C throughout the day.
Overnight it will become much cooler with temperatures dropping down to -1C.
It will remain dry and mostly clear but with some cloud forming.
Mist, fog and frost will also form overnight.
Thursday will be an even warmer day with 17C temperatures on the cards.
Another dry and sunny day will accompany the high temperatures.
Much warmer overnight tomorrow as temperatures see a shift and rise to 7C to 10C.
Cloud will build through the night after a clear start with some showers developing through Leinster and Munster as a result.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK
While temperatures will still sit at 15C on Friday the weather will turn “unsettled” with rain returning after the dry spell.
Showers will start in the south but become more widespread as the day continues.
Temperatures only dropping to between 6C to 9C overnight but the showers will continue.
And looking to the weekend Met Eireann said: “The weekend will also bring showers or occasional rain.
“It will start mild with temperatures of 10C to 14C on Saturday, but it will be cooler on Sunday as northerly breezes set in.”
