Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall secretly got married months before welcoming twins.
The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter stars quietly tied the knot on April 14 in Bradenton, Florida, according to marriage records obtained by Us Weekly.
Records also confirmed the pair filed for a marriage license on April 11. They had until Tuesday, June 10, to tie the knot before the license expired.

The couple’s private wedding date came just months before Mackenzie, 30, welcomed twin daughters.
“Welcome to the world Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall,” the MTV star wrote via Instagram on June 4. “Both named after our moms, the most beautiful ladies who mean everything to us. Born 31 1/2 weeks. 5,0, and 5,4. Both 17 inches long and O so beautiful.”
Both Mackenzie and Khesanio received well wishes from their friends and costars, including Cheyenne Floyd, Jade Cline, Briana DeJesus and Catelynn Lowell.
“Mom and Dad are over the moon and so happy,” Mackenzie added when confirming the arrival of her twins. “The cries we cried when we heard those first cries, we are so in love.”
Teen Mom viewers have received a front-row seat into Mackenzie and Khesanio’s love story.
After getting engaged in May 2024, Mackenzie shared a glimpse into when she knew Khesanio was the one.
“We met one night, and then we talked every night after that,” she exclusively shared with Us at the time. “We kind of knew, and it’s almost been two years and there’s not one day that I doubted or had any doubts. I’m just really happy and I’ve never had this kind of love. I just really, really look up to him as a person and he just kind of stepped in and raised these kids.”
Prior to her relationship with Khesanio, Mackenzie was on and off with Josh McKee, whom she married in August 2013. The twosome welcomed Gannon, Jaxie and Broncs in 2011, 2014 and 2016, respectively before breaking up for good in July 2022.

“I’m so thankful for the past 12 years with Josh and what they taught me,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “Josh and I are both still young with an entire life ahead of us.”
Although Mackenzie once questioned if she’d ever find love again, everything changed when she met Khesanio.
“So grateful to get to know such a love like this!” she wrote via Instagram in January. “I am excited for you guys to watch our journey unfold.”
