Tamra Judge is sending a prayer to Teddi Mellencamp after her brain tumor surgery.
“Heavenly father, we come before you today with heavy hearts. Praying for the healing of @teddimellencamp we ask that you extend your merciful hand and touch her with your power to restore her health,” Judge, 57, wrote via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, February 18. “Ease her pain. And bring comfort to her spirit. Grant her strength to endure this difficult time, and surround her with your love and peace. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
Alongside the message, Judge shared a glimpse from the window inside Mellencamp’s hospital room.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star’s prayer comes nearly one week after Mellencamp, 43, announced that she had been experiencing “severe and debilitating headaches” for weeks.
“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization,” Mellencamp wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, February 12. “After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months. Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today. The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date.”
She continued, “I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health. Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey.”
Hours after breaking the news, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star uploaded a video via her Instagram Story of a friend shaving off her hair. “I’m gonna have this look on my bucket list,” Mellencamp quipped on Wednesday. “My best look. I hate to break it to my brother but once I’m allowed to wash my hair and it’s not all spiky, I think I’ve taken you for a run for your money, Hud. I’ll see you tomorrow and we’ll see who wore it best.”
Mellencamp revealed that pal Kyle Richards was at her side as she prepared for the operation, as well as country singer Morgan Wade and Mellencamp’s estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave.

Arroyave, for his part, has shared several updates on his estranged wife’s health. (Mellencamp filed for divorce from Arroyave, 47, in November 2024. The pair share daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, 4, as well as son Cruz, 10.)
“Our family is thankful to everybody for your continued prayers and well wishes,” Arroyave wrote via Instagram on Monday, February 17. “Teddi is beyond grateful for the outpouring of love while she continues to recover.”
