A PROMISING young Taekwondo champion, Simon Evans, 18, has tragically lost his life in a devastating car crash in Shropshire.
The talented young man was a world champion in Taekwondo earning a blue belt and went on to claim the prestigious title before exploring other passions.

The accident, which occurred on Offoxey Road in Tong near Shifnal at around 11.15pm on Friday, March 14, also claimed the lives of two 17-year-old boys and left another with life-changing injuries.
Simon, from Perton near Wolverhampton, had been a passenger in a silver Audi A1 when the fatal collision happened.
Simon’s heartbroken family have paid tribute to the teenager, describing him as a “loving and kind gentleman” who had a bright future ahead.
West Mercia Police have launched an investigation into the crash and urge anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
