Created by Neeraj Pandey, Khakee: The Bengal Chapter is a gripping crime thriller that follows IPS officer Arjun Maitra as he takes on powerful gangsters and corrupt politicians after a respected officer’s death in Bengal in 2002.
Set against the backdrop of a crime-ridden region, Maitra’s mission is to restore law and order to Bengal. The series stars Jeet, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee, and Chitrangada Singh in pivotal roles. This marks Jeet’s debut in the world of web series.
Directed by Debatma Mandal and Tushar Kanti Ray, Khakee: The Bengal Chapter is a standalone sequel to Neeraj Pandey’s earlier series, Khakee: The Bihar Chapter. Set to premiere on Netflix on March 20, 2025, it will be the first Hindi show to stream simultaneously in both Hindi and Bengali.
