Sami Sheen had an emotional reaction when the results of her nose job were revealed during the latest episode of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.
“I’m just so nervous,” Sami, 21, admitted during the Bravo show’s Tuesday, March 18 episode, as she drove to her doctor’s office with mom Denise Richards. “What if it’s too skinny, I don’t know. I hope he did the right amount.”
She continued, “Getting my boobs done, I didn’t need it. I did it because I wanted big boobs, but this is going to change my whole life.”
Denise, 54, was baffled by her eldest daughter’s admission.
“Really? I loved your nose,” she said. Sami replied, “Well, it’s gone forever. Thank God.”

When she was in the examination chair, Sami asked Denise to look at the results first.
“I need you to be so honest with me before I see it,” Sami said. “I’m so scared.”
Denise noted that her daughter’s nose looked “amazing” before handing Sami a mirror. The OnlyFans model started crying immediately upon seeing the results.
“I’ve wanted this for so long. Oh, my God, it looks so good,” Sami said. “This is how I’d FaceTune it. I can’t believe it’s real life now.”
She added, “I feel so pretty now. Now I feel like I can finally get my headshots done to start modeling. This was the one thing holding me back. … Now I got a good nose.”
Sami called it “the best day of my life” following the bit post-surgery reveal.
Denise Richards Is Discouraging Sami Sheen From Getting Breast Implants
Sami further discussed her nose transformation in her confessional.
“I would spend hours and hours and hours editing my nose and I would specifically not be able to post certain things because my nose looked huge,” she said. “I wouldn’t let people post things because of my nose. Oh, my God, I wanted to rip it off myself.”
During her own confessional, Denise said that she was “happy” for Sami.
“It’s so hard as a mom, because I definitely don’t think that Sami knows how other people see her and how beautiful she is,” Denise added. “I had to go back to my 19-year-old self when I had surgery and remember how I felt at that time. I now really understand how much it means to her to have this done. I do think, for her, she made the right decision.”
