He will play world snooker No 1 Judd Trump in Saturday’s semi-final – Trump dominated Shaun Murphy on Thursday with an incredible 525-40 whitewash win.
The other semi-final takes place TONIGHT, with reigning world champion Kyren Wilson facing in-form Neil Robertson.
