Mum Hadjer Harizi said midwives were stunned by baby Liyana’s full barnet[/caption]
Mum Hadjer Harizi, 25, from Glasgow, said: “I wasn’t really surprised because both my husband and I had a lot of hair when we were born too.”
“The midwives at the hospital would come to my room and say ‘We’re here to see the baby born with full head of hair’.
“They were quite shocked to see Liyana’s hair.”
Liyana’s hair also attracts the attention of strangers.
“People always stop us to ask about her hair,” Hadjer said.
“Someone asked if it was a wig and when I jokingly said yes, they fully believed me!”
Hadjer added: “I wash her hair every three days because it becomes greasy.
“We use a scanning app to check for any harsh chemicals in shampoos and conditioner.
“And we never let her hair air-dry. She actually loves using the Dyson hairdryer!
“I absolutely love styling her hair every day and I’m not going to cut them until she decides to when she’s older”
