LISANDRO MARTINEZ suffered a horror injury and received substantial medical attention against Crystal Palace.
The stretcher was immediately called and the incident led to a six minute delay.
Martinez appeared to injure his ankle as he challenged for the both against Palace winger Ismaila Sarr.
