MANILA, Philippines — Kanlaon Volcano on Negros Island recorded seven earthquakes and emitted over 2,100 tons of sulfur dioxide in the past 24 hours, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported on Tuesday.
