Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper and Rwanda international number one Fiacre Ntwari does not know where he will play football next season, and we’re in June.
Additionally, his head coach, Nasreddine Nabi, is on a scouting mission in East Africa to watch the Tanzania Premier League.
Find out what Amakhosi are considering for Ntwari and why Nabi has paused his holiday break to travel East.

KAIZER CHIEFS TO SELL FIACRE NTWARI?
Kaizer Chiefs are expected to find and introduce at least one new goalkeeper before the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season starts.
It’s been nine months since the Rwandan international goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari joined Amakhosi from TS Galaxy. Despite a promising start at the beginning of last Spring, Ntwari has been out of the Kaizer Chiefs team since October 2024.
According to Soccer Laduma, the club is considering cashing in on a sale that involves Ntwari. “The club still respects Ntwari, but they are realistic about his situation,” an insider at Naturena told the outlet.
“If a good offer comes and it makes sense for everyone involved, Kaizer Chiefs will consider letting him go, especially with the squad changes expected under the new technical direction,” the source added.
In the meantime, the club’s existing options are Brandon Petersen, Bruce Bvuma, and Bontle Molefe. The club was also linked with Stanley Nwabali at Chippa United and, of course, Toaster Nsabata from Zesco United in Zambia.
NASREDDINE NABI SCOUTING AT SIMBA SC
With the club linked with a couple of top players from the Tanzanian Premier League, it is no surprise Nabi has made the trip.
According to local reports, Kaizer Chiefs are interested in Denis Kibu and Mohamed Hussein of Simba SC, and of course Feisal Salum from Azam FC.
During Wednesday’s Tanzanian Premier League game between Simba SC and Singida, Kaizer Chiefs coach Nabi was spotted in the crowd.
Reports say the Tunisian was there to watch Simba’s winger Denis Kibu and his captain, Mohamed Hussein, at left-back.
