THERE will be emotional scenes today as Jamie Laing prepares to complete his incredible 150-mile, five-day run from London to Salford for Comic Relief.
He was joined this morning by his fellow Radio 1 DJ Greg James, who will run in a wedding dress after Jamie managed to raise more than £500,000.

He left Matlock this morning for the final push to Salford and was given a boost by his wife Sophie Habboo who surprised him part-way.
Speaking to me from the road ahead of the final push, Jamie said: “My whole body is in agony. The donations are the only thing pushing me through. I can’t believe the support.”

The US pop star and actress grinned as she headed to dinner in New York with her fiancé Benny Blanco wearing a sheer top, PVC jacket and jeans.
The pair today released their debut collaborative album, I Said I Love You First.
Benny, a man after my own heart after he proposed to Selena last year over a Taco Bell takeaway picnic, said his other half is changing her mind daily about what she wants their wedding to look like.
He added: “I think every day she’s planned a new wedding in her head.
“We’re very much ‘take it one day at a time’ people. We’re still not over this moment.”
Kicks Don’t Lie
SHAKIRA is getting her kicks on stage as she begins a run of seven shows in Mexico City.
The Hips Don’t Lie singer looked like she was doing her version of the can-can on stage at the Estadio GNP Seguros.
Shakira seemed cock-a-hoop to be performing but she won’t be the only person on cloud nine because of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour.
Her two concerts at Guadalajara in the west of Mexico earlier this week brought in almost £50million to the local economy.

SAM RYDER admits he lied to himself during the rise to fame, which led him to walk away from his record deal.
He is back today with White Lies, the first single from his upcoming second album, and said it came from a place of “reflection”.
Sam explained: “I’ve been taking some time away, doing a lot of reflection, and came to the realisation that since everything went crazy in 2022, I’d been telling myself a lot of white lies as a coping mechanism.
In the whirlwind of gratitude and finally feeling like I’d made it, I wasn’t always being honest with myself.”

Now pal Yungblud has confirmed it and said Lewis has never sounded better.
At a playback of some of his new tunes, including single Hello Heaven, Hello, Yungblud said: “I have heard his new music and it sounds great. He is getting his mental health right
“I love him, as me and him have been on this ride together. We experienced it at the same time and he is perhaps the only friend who knows what I am going through, in the same way I know what he’s going through.”
Talking about a ballad he has written on his new record, Yungblud added: “When I was making this album, I was really close with Lewis, and Lewis was like, ‘Just f***ing sing, man’. And we have a massive British actress in the video. It’s going to be iconic.”
