A WOMAN who spent £10,000 changing her face with plastic surgery has admitted not one person even noticed the difference.
Sarah English was so badly bullied about the feature when she was a child that she even had to move schools because of it.

But the change was so slight that not one person noticed she’d actually done anything – seen here after[/caption]
And the insecurity affected her into her adult life too, so much so that she decided to take the plunge and shell out £10,000 on getting her nose surgically altered.
However, in a video on her TikTok page, Sarah admitted that despite undergoing the operation, not one person noticed that anything had changed.
“I spent £10,000 on a nose job and not a single person noticed that I’d had it done,” she said.
“Not a single person realised that I’d changed my face!
“And it just goes to show that whatever you’re not confident with, whatever flaws you have in your mind, nobody else cares.”
Sarah concluded the video by urging people “to “learn from my lesson” and save themselves money, because “you do not need to change a single thing about your appearance”.
Sarah shared pictures of her nose before and after the surgery with Fabulous Online, and told us what had prompted her to open up about having the op.
“The reason I spoke about my nose job is because one of the girls who used to bully me bought from my business earlier this week,” Sarah, who runs travel jewellery box company Wintour Accessories, said.
“I saw the name come through and I honestly couldn’t believe it.
“It triggered so many emotions, which is why I spoke about my nose job on TikTok.”
She added that while she doesn’t “regret” having a nose job, it “definitely wasn’t necessary”.
“And the fact not a single person noticed really proved the point that everything was in my head the entire time!” she concluded.
Commenting on her TikTok video, one person wrote: “This! I had a big clear mole removed from my face and every single person told me they’d never noticed it!”
“So funny isn’t it!!!!” Sarah replied.
“We get caught up on the smallest things when we absolutely don’t need to!”
“I always remind myself ‘how often do you look at someone and think their nose looks weird?’” another added.
“If you’re a decent person the answer is probably never.
“So nobody is looking at yours!”
“This is so true!” Sarah replied.
“Even looking at my friends, I think they’re absolutely stunning and I’m always shocked when they tell me they’re not happy with how they look.
“The mind is a funny thing!”
