RTE 2FM host Roz Purcell has left fans feeling “stressed” after she confessed her “bad habits” online.
The radio star, who is a former Miss Universe Ireland, might seem cool and collected on the outside, but it seems there’s chaos beneath it all.

Taking to Instagram, Roz shared a clip of herself with the title: Things that I do that stress out my (Type A) friends.
The Tipperary beauty went on to list a number of habits she has that were slightly out of the norm.
First up, the Irish star admitted: “I have 317 unread WhatsApp messages.”
She then confessed to having a whopping 12,220 unopened emails.
Later, Roz showed off her iPhone which was smashed to pieces at the back with no protective case on it.
She added: “This is my phone. It cracked last year, I still don’t have a case, but it works fine.”
The 34-year-old moved on to reveal that she would only ever reply to a text message “within four seconds or never”.
Roz defended herself by saying: “But, I always reply mentally.”
The best-selling author also admitted that she could fall asleep and function in a “highly messy room”.
In her final confession, Roz explained: “If I have to get up early in the morning whether its for a flight or breakfast radio, I will only set one alarm.
“I trust myself that the one alarm will do and it hasn’t failed me yet.”
Roz’s fans all rushed to the comment section to react to her chaotic confessions.
Nicola wrote: “Oh dear Lord, I’m the complete opposite.”
Jennifer said: “You would cause me serious anxiety.”
Amber remarked: “Just delete the emails! And texts! Just delete! Start over! Also please, how can you sleep in chaos?!! Ok I’m stressed out why did I listen to this?!”

Debbie added: “Even listening to this makes me break out in hives!!”
And Amy commented: “Well consider me stressed.”
One fan even told Roz that by leaving her emails to stack up it can be bad for the environment.
The Irish beauty then put out a disclaimer to fans saying: “GUYS anyone who is like me with 7,283,994 unread emails. We’ve been informed we are taking up data and we gotta delete them all for the environment. I had no idea!!
“So go forth and delete. If it’s important the person will email again…Surely!”
