The Saturdays was ‘knocked sideways’ after finding a tumour in her neck[/caption]

Frankie filmed a video of her lifting weights in a backless gym top at her home gym.

She then hit the workout mat to do some yoga stretches and flashed her hard rock abs during the process.

The Saturdays star captioned it: “It’s no secret that I’m trying my best to work out in the mornings before work and the school run. So far, so good. As part of my routine, I always take Symprove Your Life as my non-negotiable. It really helps me to habit stack and that keeps me on track.

“Loads of you have been asking about my workouts and the things I wear/ use.

“So, here’s a snippet and I’ll link everything on stories for you!”

It’s good to see Frankie smiling after she revealed she was “knocked sideways” after finding a tumour in her neck.

She told fans how doctors discovered the benign tumour last year after she went for an MRI scan for headaches.

The Loose Women star was left “fearing for the worst” until she was told it was nothing to worry about.

Frankie, who first spoke about the tumour last year, opened up about the scare once again and revealed her very high stress levels in a candid post to mark her birthday yesterday.

In a very reflective post, she wrote: “This year after finally going to a doctor about my daily headaches and having an MRI. They discovers a tumour in my neck.

“The call knocked me sideways, They had no idea what it was at the time and I obviously thought the worst.

“I was so angry at myself for not going to the doctors sooner. I was convinced I was now dying and I probably could have done something to avoid it. Luckily for me, that wasn’t the case.”

The tumour turned out to be a benign subependymoma and doctors have decided to monitor the rare tumour for the time being.

She continued: “Turns out the headaches are due to stress. I have gut issues also, due to stress.

“We know many cancers and illnesses can be exasperated or brought on by stress, yet every time a doctor tells me to find the time to “manage my stress” I just laugh.

“I have depression, anxiety, two kids, a husband, a job and many other factors of my life that like everyone create stress. Stress is just a part of my everyday life.

“I’ll take all the pills to mask all they symptoms, instead of actually addressing it. Until now….”

She went on to say she is trying to make small improvements in a bid to make things easier.

“I expect myself to be 100% at all times, at all things. Even though I’ve always known this is impossible, it hasn’t stopped me from trying an then punishing myself everyday that I haven’t succeeded,” the star explained.

“And to be honest with you, I’ve had enough. It doesn’t work for me, or for anyone else in my life.
