FOUR men have been arrested after gardai seized drugs worth €350,000 following an intelligence-led search in Co Meath.
The search operation was conducted as part of a “long-running investigation” into a criminal group in west Dublin.


Gardai from the Dublin Crime Response Team swooped on a residential property in Stirling yesterday.
Officers seized 12kgs of cannabis herb, 400gs of heroin, eight bars of cannabis resin, and cannabis oils, gels, jellies and vapes.
The drugs are now subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland.
Four men, who are aged in their 60s, 40s and 30s, were arrested at the scene.
They are currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Drug Trafficking Act, 1996 at Garda Stations across Meath, Kildare and Dublin.
In a statement this morning, gardai confirmed that investigations are “ongoing”.
A garda spokesperson said: “Gardai from the Dublin Crime Response Team seized drugs worth €350,000 during an intelligence-led search operation of a residential property in Stirling, Co. Meath on Wednesday 19th March, 2025.
“The search operation was conducted as part of a long-running investigation into a criminal group based in west Dublin.
‘During the course of the search, gardai seized 12kgs of cannabis herb, 400gs of heroin, 8 bars of cannabis resin, and cannabis oils/gels/jellies and vapes.”
The statement added: “All seized drugs are subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland and investigations are ongoing.”
