Elden Ring Nightreign Player Discovers the Holy Grail of Relics on a Random Run Less Than 2 Weeks Since Release

Elden Ring Nightreign is FromSoftware’s latest release, and it’s safe to say that this game has captivated the entire Soulsborne community. The title features cooperative multiplayer gameplay where you can team up with your friends (only up to three) and defeat the bosses together. While this might seem counterintuitive for some, this proves that FromSoftware is actually evolving.

Nightreign has been out for weeks now, and players have been finding all sorts of new equipment to make the game a bit easier, but one player has stumbled upon the ultimate relic, which is being considered as one of the best relics in the entire game. Let’s delve deeper into this and find out more about it.

Elden Ring Nightreign has a relics system for bonuses

Elden Ring Nightreign is a roguelike action RPG and is a spin-off of the original title. It also features a completely different pacing than the original game, changing the entire leveling and equipment system.

One of the equipment that has been introduced in the game is the Relics, which are earned by the players after every successful or unsuccessful run. The relics provide passive benefits to each Nightfarer (the characters in Nightreign you play as) when equipped in the Roundtable Hold, and they also come in different qualities like delicate, polished, or grand, which provide three passive bonuses.

The most common type of relics that can be found in Nightreign are the Tranquil, Drizzly, Luminous, and Burning Scene relics, which are usually randomly generated at the end of a run or while purchasing the Scenic Flatstone from the Small Jar Bazaar.

One lucky Redditor by the name of u/GO0O0O0O0O0SE recently unearthed what can only be described as the apex anomaly of relics. It is known as the Grand Tranquil Scene, and this bad boy came loaded with three utterly bonkers, randomly generated passive abilities.

The three passive bonuses include giving the player and their allies more runes throughout the run, a Stonesword Key at the start of each expedition, and a permanent increase in AP after defeating an evergaol prisoner.

These bonuses are the Nightreign equivalent of striking gold because of their constant influx of Stonesword Keys to each player. This turns every evergaol into their personal leveling playground, and what’s better is that if the players decide to defeat the evergaol boss, they don’t just get better loot, but also a 5% increase in their attack power. Now, that’s a steal.

Relics like these are keeping the game alive

In a title like Nightreign, which is built on challenge and adaptability, finding a relic that bends the rules in your favour without breaking the balance is extremely rare, and almost feels like cheating. The Grand Tranquil Scene relic with these passives is not just a lucky loot, but a strategic asset that can define and determine entire runs based on just those bonuses.

In the end, these kinds of rare finds are what keep the experience of Nightreign alive and unpredictable. Relics like these completely change the way you play the game, making it much easier for casual players and more difficult for hardcore Nightreign fans.

It’s not just about beating bosses or clearing runs, but also the amount of fun you are having with the game. This rare relic is a reminder that even in the bleakest corners of the Lands Between, there is and always will be a reason to keep exploring. Because who knows, your next run might just change everything with a certain lucky relic.
