PETER O’MAHONY received a standing ovation on his final appearance for Ireland in the Six Nations.
The 35-year-old – along with Cian Healy and Conor Murray – will be hung up the international boots after the 22-17 win over Italy on Saturday.

The Munster duo was named on the bench by Simon Easterby, while Healy travelled with the squad but was not part of the matchday panel.
