A WOMAN has appeared in court charged with murdering a mum “found buried in a garden” 15 years after she vanished.

Police launched a murder probe two weeks ago after new information came to light.

Human remains, believed to belong to Izabela, were then found in the garden of a home in Normanton, Derbyshire.

Anna Podedworna appeared at Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court today charged with murder.

The 39-year-old is also accused of preventing a lawful burial and perverting the course of justice.

Podedworna spoke only to confirm her name, date of birth and address during the hearing.

She was remanded into custody to next appear at Derby Crown Court on Monday.

Five people have been arrested as part of the murder investigation, including two women aged 39 and 43.

All five have bailed pending further inquiries, Derbyshire Police confirmed.

Izabela came to the UK from Poland in 2009 and worked at the former Cranberry Foods Turkey and Chicken Factory.

Her family reported her missing to Polish police in August 2010 but the report never reached British cops.

Her daughter Kasia, who was nine at the time of her mum’s disappearance, contacted Derbyshire Police in May.

She spoke out after the body was found, telling The Sun: “I definitely want to know the truth as soon as possible.”

Samanatha Shallow, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor in the East Midlands, said: “Following a review of the evidence provided by Derbyshire Constabulary, we have authorised criminal charges in relation to the death of Izabela Zablocka

“Ms Zablocka went missing in August 2010, when she was aged 30. Her body was recovered in Derby on 1 June 2025.

“Anna Podedworna, 39, from Derby, has been charged with her murder. She has also been charged with preventing a lawful and decent burial and perverting the course of justice.

“Our thoughts remain with the family of Ms Zablocka at this time.”

Crimestoppers is offering a £20,000 reward for information, which expires on August 27.

Anyone with information can call the charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.

THE HISTORY OF DUNNES STORES

DUNNES Stores opened its first store on Patrick Street in Cork in 1944 - and it was an instant hit.

Shoppers from all over the city rushed to the store to snap up quality clothing at pre-war prices in Ireland’s first ‘shopping frenzy’.

During the excitement, a window was forced in and the police had to be called to help control the crowds hoping to bag founder Ben Dunne’s ‘Better Value’ bargains.

Dunnes later opened more stores in the 1950s and began to sell groceries in 1960 – starting with apples and oranges.

The retailer said: “Fruit was expensive at the time and Ben Dunne yet again offered Better Value than anyone else in town.

“Over time, our food selection has grown and that spirit of good value has remained strong.

“Now we offer a wide range of carefully-sourced foods from both local Irish suppliers and overseas.”

The retailer’s first Dublin store opened its doors in 1957 on Henry Street and a super store on South Great Georges Street was unveiled in 1960.

They added: “In 1971, our first Northern Irish store opened, and many others soon followed.

“Expansion continued in the 1980s in Spain, and later into Scotland and England.”

Dunnes now has 142 stores and employs 15,000 people.

I’m in £15k worth of debt but STILL have TWO gardeners – people might judge me but they are an essential and a godsend

A WOMAN has caused controversy after revealing she still uses two gardeners – despite being in £15,000 worth of debt.

Megan previously found herself sparking backlash when she admitted she still employs a cleaner, despite her financial situation.

As she insisted she just couldn’t manage it on her own[/caption]

And now she’s revealed she also enlists the help of not one, but two gardeners.

However, in a video on her TikTok page, Megan said she wouldn’t be able to look after her two gardens and giant hedge on her own.

“We have quite a big front garden and then we have a 60 foot hedge and then we have a back garden, and I just cannot be doing that myself,” she said.

She added that she “really, really got into” gardening herself during the Covid-19 lockdown, but when she went back to work it was “impossible to stay on top of it”.

“So I hired gardeners and they are a godsend,” Megan said.

“We have two for half an hour every two weeks.

“They are so good, they get everything done, they get the whole lawn done, they get all of the hedges done, they get all the weeding done.

“And it means that I don’t have to worry about it and I can come back enjoy my garden and it’s just done!”

Megan also said the gardeners are “really cheap”, as they first used them when they weren’t “that established”, so they paid a minimal amount and the gardeners have never increased it for them.

“So yeah, what do you think about having gardeners when paying off debt?” she sighed.

“I’m going to get crucified for this because when I admitted to having cleaners and I don’t have a cleaner now but when I did say I had a cleaner the Internet went wild!”

“This will definitely be a controversial one!” she wrote in the video caption.

“What do you think about having gardeners when in debt & paying it off?!

“They’re something I really considered stopping at the start of this journey but don’t think I ever could!”

However, the majority of people in the comments section admitted they agreed with Megan that gardeners were worth paying out for.

“I’ve got one. It’s out of necessity,” one wrote.

How to cut the cost of your debt

IF you're in large amounts of debt it can be really worrying. Here are some tips from Citizens Advice on how you can take action.

Check your bank balance on a regular basis – knowing your spending patterns is the first step to managing your money

Work out your budget – by writing down your income and taking away your essential bills such as food and transport
If you have money left over, plan in advance what else you’ll spend or save. If you don’t, look at ways to cut your costs

Pay off more than the minimum – If you’ve got credit card debts aim to pay off more than the minimum amount on your credit card each month to bring down your bill quicker

Pay your most expensive credit card sooner – If you have more than one credit card and can’t pay them off in full each month, prioritise the most expensive card (the one with the highest interest rate)

Prioritise your debts – If you’ve got several debts and you can’t afford to pay them all it’s important to prioritise them

Your rent, mortgage, council tax and energy bills should be paid first because the consequences can be more serious if you don’t pay

Get advice – If you’re struggling to pay your debts month after month it’s important you get advice as soon as possible, before they build up even further

Groups like Citizens Advice and National Debtline can help you prioritise and negotiate with your creditors to offer you more affordable repayment plans.

“I cannot physically maintain my garden. I go without many things so I can afford him because the stress of it looking a state would do me in!”

“Me and my husband have a hedge the same, the effort and time it takes to cut ourselves is just ridiculous and it never looks straight!” another added.

“Paying someone to come and do it with proper tools and knowledge is so much better and it takes them a fraction of the time, and they clean it all away after.”

“Some things are worth paying for. it would likely take you longer than them too,” a third wrote.

“Oh god soooo much longer!” Megan replied.

“Took me 3 hours to just do the hedge once and it looked awful hahah.”

“Absolutely do it,” someone else urged.

While another admitted: “I get my nails done every month! I owe £13,500.

“I’m not giving up my nails!!”

I wanted 20 kids but my hubby said 3 – we compromised with 12 as it’s easier the more you have & we have 4 sets of twins

A WOMAN has revealed how she wanted a staggering 20 kids, while her husband wanted three – and now they are currently on 12.

Despite her bumper brood, Amanda Sellers insists that the more kids you have the “easier it gets”, even though she has a whopping FOUR sets of twins.

In a video on her @thesellersdozen account, she showed off her large family, and said that all her sets of fraternal twins have occurred “naturally.”

The woman, who homeschools all her children, said she has never undergone fertility treatment.

All the children are under the age of 10 and the family’s grocery bill is around £2,000 per month.

Unfortunately, the family did lose one of the twins from their third set in utero.

Amanda said that carrying her fourth set brought back some tough memories but shared her relief at finding out both babies are healthy and strong.

HUGE COSTS

Of course, supporting such a large family doesn’t come cheap.

Thankfully, the family has a lot of support, with the children’s grandfather working remotely alongside their dad.

Amanda explained that her dad rents their basement to use as office space, providing her family with an additional source of income.

She revealed that she has also put her years of experience with breast-feeding towards a certification in lactation consultancy.

The busy mum also homeschools all the kids, encouraging the younger ones to learn from their older siblings.

The family owns a 15-passenger transit van, allowing them to travel together rather than in separate cars.

And while they receive a lot of support from friends and family, not everyone is as accepting of their lifestyle.

MIXED REACTION

TikTok users shared their thoughts on the large family in the comments section.

“[You’re] going to have to buy a school bus soon,” wrote one follower.

“Do you have a TV at home?” joked another viewer.

“How about ‘Enough’ and ‘Already,'” suggested one person when the couple asked for baby name suggestions.

On the other hand, lots of viewers showed their support for the family.

“What in the Cheaper By The Dozen? Love this!” commented one follower.

“This is amazing and beautiful! Congratulations on your beautiful family!” said another person.

Disney reveals new details about much-anticipated Avatar World – and one beloved ride is set to close

DISNEYLAND Resort has revealed more details about two upcoming attractions based around Avatar and Pixar’s Coco.

However, the opening of the new areas in California will result in the closure of a beloved ride.

It’s no secret that Disney is opening an Avatar destination and a Coco-themed ride in California – but now they’ve revealed where they will be in the park.

The Avatar destination will transform part of the Hollywood Backlot area in Disney California Adventure.

But there’s sad news for some because in order to make room, Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! will close in early 2026.

For anyone who’s a fan of Monsters Inc., there is a new land opening up at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.

It will have with the first-ever suspended coaster in a Disney Park.

As for Avatar, there are official announcements about what will be in the land.

But the concept images show a boat ride that looks similar to the Shanghai Disneyland version of Pirates of the Caribbean.

It won’t be the first Avatar-themed attraction in Disney as Pandora: The World of Avatar land opened at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom in 2017.

But Disney has said that it won’t be exactly the same but instead will draw on “inspiration” from the other park.

As for the Coco-themed land, this will be built near Paradise Gardens Park and Pixar Pier.

This will mark Coco’s is very first Disney Parks attraction at Disneyland’s Disney California Adventure, and it will draw inspiration from Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean.

The attraction will be filled with characters and music will be a big part of the land too.

Luckily, this area is mostly not used so nothing will have to close to make room.

Construction for Coco is set to begin in Autumn.

Renders also reveal a new parking lot and bridge[/caption]

There will also be a new parking structure in the resort with 6,000 parking spaces as well as shuttle and rideshare areas.

There will also be a pedestrian bridge over Harbor Boulevard.

Across the US in Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort is yet another new land, and it’s all dedicated to Cars.

Called Piston Peak, the new land will allow fans to enter the fictional world of Cars with a National Park twist.

Inside will be a new racing ride where visitors will drive through the mountains on wild terrain, avoiding geysers and mud holes.

Disneyland Paris is going through a transformation too and is adding a whole new area called Disney Adventure World, which will eventually replace Walt Disney Studios Park.

One of the very first areas to open will be the World of Frozen, and the Kingdom of Arendelle will open in 2026.

Disney Adventure World will also feature a new “Lion King” themed area and log flume ride.

One Sun Travel Reporter visited Disney’s first music festival in Paris.

‘I love the chaos’ – Why Fabio Wardley’s fight with Justis Huni won’t even be the biggest night of his month

FABIO WARDLEY has the two most important nights of his life inside the next 10 DAYS.

Ipswich’s 30-year-old former recruitment worker and white-collar boxer headlines Portman Road on Saturday night against tough Australian Justis Huni.

And on June 16 his partner is scheduled to give birth to his first child, a bouncing baby girl.

For anyone else, the nail-biting fortnight would be a crippling rollercoaster of emotions impossible to combine.

But the Suffolk Puncher – who went on an Oleksandr Usyk sparring trip to Ukraine in 2018 when he barely knew how to throw a jab – is loving the chaos.

The class act told SunSport: “June 2025 is going to be a wild month I talk a lot about, for the rest of my life.

“I will be an old man in a rocking chair, telling people about it and wondering how we pulled it off.

“Everything has come together at the same time, it might seem a bit hectic but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I thrive on it, I love the chaos.”

Nine months ago, the 18-0-1 ace got the wonderful news he would be a dad for the first time.

And a few weeks later he got the offer of a lifetime, to headline at his boyhood football club, a chance that some Olympic and world champions never get.

CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO BONUSES FROM £10 DEPOSITS

It seems like a psychological and logistical nightmare that would be destined for the divorce courts but Team Wardley is way too tight.

“If my little girl is anything like me, then she’ll be chilled out and late, which will give me a little bit more time to decompress from the fight,” he grinned.

“The flight date has been moved around a few times but my missus has been unbelievable.

“I have just promised to her that, as soon as Saturday night is over, I am all theirs.

“This week, though, is just my week. I need to be totally focused on me and then it’s all on them.”

Wardley – who cracked 2020 Olympic bronze winner Frazer Clarke’s skull in their one-round rematch in October – somehow combines being a brutal boxer with being a lovely bloke and he insists that won’t change with another win or a baby.

“I don’t know how parenthood will affect me,” he said. “I do plan to be the fun-dad though. I want mum to do the telling off.

“I think I will always be driven to push myself in everything, though.

Everything has come together at the same time, it might seem a bit hectic but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I thrive on it, I love the chaos.

“That’s something just innate in me. And I am sure I will need to feed and stoke that fire regularly.”

One thing Wardley would NEVER do, despite the baffling suggestion from some clumsy pundits, is fight his mentor and pal Dillian Whyte.

After following all of Wardley’s career, we were stunned to hear the idea even mooted and Wardley floored it.

“You’re 100 per cent right, for once.” he laughed.

“From the second it would be announced, everybody who knows the sport and who knows us, would know it would be fake and not something I would ever do, because of the amount of love, respect and admiration I have for Dills.

“People go on about my story, white-collar, coming from nowhere, sparring Usyk.

“But none of that is possible without Dillian at the beginning, giving me all of these opportunities. So I would never spit in his face and fight him.

“Even if all the sanctioning bodies called for the fight and somebody was silly enough to put all the money up, I would take a knee in the first round and give him the win.”

Kyle Walker lifts lid on awkward England WhatsApp group that snubbed players are forced to mute

KYLE WALKER has lifted the lid on the awkward process of being called up to the England squad.

The 35-year-old has been named in Thomas Tuchel’s squad for fixtures against Andorra tomorrow and Senegal on Tuesday.

Kyle Walker has revealed how getting an England call-up works[/caption]

Walker revealed on his BBC podcast that players first receive a text message from a member of staff to confirm they have been selected.

A WhatsApp chat is then made ahead of the international break so further information can be passed on to them.

Walker said: “There is a group chat and normally they will message you individually – just saying that you made it.

“Then you will see people getting added into that group chat that have not been in before.”

But a new group is not formed every time – with snubbed players still able to see the messages.

Walker revealed: “No, no, you stay in. But you kind of have to mute it because you’re a little bit disheartened.”

Ahead of games against Andorra and Senegal, Chelsea star Trevoh Chalobah would have been a new name added as it is his first England call-up.

On his inclusion, Tuchel said: “We have some injuries in defence and he has stepped up massively since returning to Chelsea.

“He’s contributed to Chelsea‘s run for Champions League football and he’s been on our radar for some time.”

Meanwhile, the likes of Phil Foden, Jarrod Bowen and Harry Maguire would have had to painfully mute the chat after failing to earn a spot in the squad.

The Manchester City midfielder did not make the cut after a disappointing campaign, which saw him score just ten goals in 45 games.

West Ham winger Bowen was surprisingly dropped despite finding the back of the net or assisting in his last six matches.

Manchester United centre-back Maguire has not played for England since March last year.
