ENGLAND fans have been left less than impressed by Thomas Tuchel’s experimental starting lineup for the Three Lions clash with Andorra today.
England take on Andorra in a World Cup qualifier at 5pm and Tuchel has decided to shake things up with an unusual XI.
The England boss has rested star midfielder Declan Rice in favour of Jordan Henderson from the off.
Henderson, 34, makes his first start for the national team since November 2023.
It’s thought that Rice is being rested with a view to starting against Senegal on Tuesday evening instead.
Other unusual choices appear to include Reece James starting at left-back and Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones being deployed as a make-shift right-back.
Although, some have speculated that Jones could be playing in midfield with Tuchel opting to play a back three.
Big names like Jordan Pickford, Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Cole Palmer all start from the off too.
While there’s starts of Ezri Konsa, Dan Burn, Morgan Rogers and Noni Madueke as well.
Fans aren’t keen on the unusual lineup and took to social media to vent their frustrations.

One wrote: “What a mess of an XI”.
While another added: “It’s 2025 and Jordan Henderson is starting for England”.
A third fumed: “That is horrific”.
And a fourth joked: “Can someone tell me the formation we’re playing? I’m confused. Who is playing in defence?”
There’s no place in the starting lineup for Ivan Toney, who Tuchel has recalled to the England setup despite his controversial move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli.
While Bukayo Saka misses out on a place in the matchday squad entirely after struggling with an injury he suffered while with Arsenal.
Saka is yet to feature under Tuchel after he withdrew from the German’s first camp with injury too.
Speaking on Friday, Tuchel said of Saka: “He came into camp with a little bit of discomfort from the last match against Southampton, so we took care of him and treated him individually until today basically.
“It was the first training session that he started and finished with the group. Yesterday, he started with the group but did not finish with the group, so let’s see.
“I’m not sure if we take the risk for tomorrow’s game.
“The decision has not been taken, but he will be available for the Senegal match, and he plays a major role in our thoughts how to build a competitive team.
“I think just that he grew in his personality with every season that he played so consistently for his club, and the club grew with him and became so competitive.”
GENIUS ITV Racing pundit Kevin Blake helped punters hit the bookies for over £1MILLION – with his outrageous 8,249-1 tip.
Race planner Blake – who a few years ago put up an 800-1 treble at Cheltenham Festival – somehow picked the first three home in the Derby.
With a load of the big guns failing, it was tough enough finding 13-2 winner Lambourn.
But Blake tipped up the Aidan O’Brien-trained winner plus runner-up Tennessee Stud at 33-1 and third-place Lazy Griff at a monster 50-1.
One odds compiler at Coral called it the greatest bet he had seen in 25 years.
And the firm’s David Stevens said: “It may have been the threat of considerable rainfall that sparked the support for the proven stayer Lambourn, but even without a notable downpour, the Cheshire Vase winner controlled the race from start to finish, and an SP of 13-2 confirmed that he was not without support on the biggest betting day of the Flat season.
“Whilst the winner alone was not the worst result in the Derby book though, further pain was inflicted by Kevin Blake, who incredibly put up the tricast on ITV’s The Opening Show, an outcome that paid a whopping £8,294.72 for £1.
“Plenty of viewers followed Kevin’s advice, to our considerable cost.”
And commenting on the punt on the coverage, co-presenter Oli Bell said: “I’ve heard from the trading floor at Coral that they have lost over a million pounds on the tricast on your selections.”
While Blake said: “I was due one!”

LIDL is bringing back its sell-out pizza oven in shops this coming week.
The Grillmeister Gas Pizza Oven costs just £79.99 and it’s back in stores next Thursday.
The gadget is a whopping £170 cheaper than the Ninja version and it’s sure to be popular with shoppers once again.
You can use the oven to cook your own crispy pizzas or fresh baguettes, and you can eat them straight from the oven.
That makes the gadget perfect for garden parties and entertaining.
It has a removable pizza stone and a door with latch and viewing window so you can keep an eye on your pizzas while they’re cooking.
The oven can reach 400C in just 15 minutes.
If you’re wanting to save space it comes with foldable feet.
The oven includes a gas bottle connection hose and pressure reducing valve, and it’s suitable for 5 and 11kg gas bottles.
It also comes with a three-year warranty.
It looks to be a good dupe for the Ninja Artisan Electric Outdoor Pizza Oven & Air Fryer, which is currently £249.99 on the Ninja website.
The Ninja version usually sells for an RRP of £299.99.
You should bear in mind that the Lidl version doesn’t have an air fryer function, but if you’re fine with this then you can make a huge saving.
Lidl recently sold another pizza oven for the even cheaper price of £29.99.
The Grillmeister Barbecue Pizza Oven can be used on charcoal or gas barbecues.
It’s always worth shopping around and comparing products to make sure you’re getting the best deal.
Another more affordable option is the Gas Tabletop Pizza Oven with Cover which is currently on clearance at Argos for £54.
The portable black steel pizza oven also uses gas and runs on propane.
Argos says the oven is “light enough to take on trips” and “fits neatly on a table”.
If you’re looking to splash out more there’s the Ooni Koda 12 Gas Fuel Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven.
It’s currently on offer at John Lewis but it still costs £239.20.
Its description says it can cook Neapolitan-style pizzas “in 60 seconds flat”.
“No assembly, no mess, no fuss, just quick and simple cooking for friends and family gatherings,” it says.
TAKEAWAY pizzas taste great but they can hit you hard on your wallet. Here are some tips on how to save on pizza:
Cashback websites – TopCashback and Quidco will pay you to order your pizza through them. They’re paid by retailers for every click that comes to their website from the cashback site, which eventually trickles down to you. So you’ll get cashback on orders placed through them.
Discount codes – Check sites like VoucherCodes for any discount codes you can use to get money off your order.
Make you own topping – One savvy customer noticed that Domino’s charges up to 70p MORE for pizzas on its menu compared to ordering the same one through the “create your own” option. It’s worth trying out to see if it makes a difference before you place your next order.
Buy it from the shops – It might not taste exactly the same but you’ll save the most money by picking up your favourite pizza from your local supermarket. Some Asda stores sell freshly made ones from the pizza counter where prices start at £2.
