I got my hands on Primark’s viral £25 Ryanair-approved cabin bag – it ‘fits everything’, has wheels & saved me £60
PRIMARK shoppers are raving about a viral cabin bag that’s perfect for Ryanair flights.
So if you’re lucky enough to be jetting on holiday any time soon and don’t fancy splashing the cash on hold luggage, then you’ve come to the right place.

Thanks to the new pull-along cabin bag from Primark, not only will you travel in style for your next trip, but you’ll be able to fit in everything you need whilst saving on hold luggage costs.
Hayley Rubery, a young woman from Norfolk, was able to get her hands on the “viral Ryanair-approved bag” when shopping in a Primark store in Manchester.
Thrilled with her purse-friendly find, the content creator who is known online as “your budgeting bestie”, took to social media to give her followers a close-up look at her new purchase.
Showing off the bag which she nabbed in black, Hayley beamed: “Come with me to pick up the £25 viral Ryanair-approved cabin bag from Primark.”
Hayley then explained: “I’m off to Italy next week and refuse to pay £60 extra for a small suitcase, when the flight itself was only £60.
“This little bag is everywhere right now and for good reason – it’s the exact size for a Ryanair-approved cabin bag.
“I love that it’s got wheels and a handle which will make it so much easier when travelling.”
Not only was Hayley able to save £60 on the hold luggage fee thanks to this high-street buy, but she also nabbed herself some cheap packing cubes and travel pouches to keep herself organised.
Moments later, Hayley asked: “I’m going for four nights, do you reckon I can fit everything in here? Challenge accepted.”
Once Hayley had arrived home, she began packing the Trolley Cabin Bag, which is available to buy online with the chain’s new Click & Collect service, or in stores now, for just £25.
Not only did she fit in a packing cube full of clothes, but she also added a toiletry bag and her Kindle too.
According to Primark bosses, with this cabin bag, you are guaranteed to “travel in style.”
Why is Primark the place to go to for bargains?
JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering on-trend items at such incredible prices? According to bosses, it's down to four points.
- They “sell a lot of items” – Thanks to that, they are able to make savings by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
- They “do very little advertising”
- While their clothes offer the “latest trends”, they “don’t use expensive hangers, tags or labels”.
- And lastly, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to pack our t-shirts so they are ready to go straight on shelf”.
For more information about how Primark keeps their costs so low, and are able to deliver such amazing bargains, visit the Primark website.
There’s three designs to choose from – black, leopard print and zebra print.
Not only is it “perfectly sized for essentials”, but it also benefits from a large main compartment with a secure zip fastening, as well as an external zipped pocket for extra organisation.

Man, 20, charged with terrorism offences after ‘Asda bomb hoax’ and ‘fires at ice rink and activity centre’
A MAN has been charged with terrorism offences after a string of alleged arson and bomb hoaxes.
Ilyas Akhtar is accused of preparing acts of terrorism, possessing information useful to terrorists, carrying out two arson attacks, and causing a bomb hoax.
The 20-year-old of Cress Road, was charged on Friday after an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing South East.
The incidents unfolded in Slough, Berkshire, last month.
A terrifying blaze broke out at Salt Hill Activity Centre on May 31.
And another inferno was sparked at the popular Slough Ice Arena on Montem Lane on May 14.
Meanwhile, the bomb hoax charge relates to a scare at the Asda supermarket on Telford Drive on May 9.
Akhtar remains in custody and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
Detective Superintendent Andy Penrith, of Thames Valley Police, said: “We understand that these charges for terrorism offences will be concerning to our communities in Slough.
“I want to reassure all our residents that Thames Valley Police is working closely with our communities and partners in Slough as well as our colleagues in counter-terrorism.”
He added that patrols would be increased in the area and urged anyone with concerns to speak to officers or police community support officers.
“Due to the ongoing court proceedings, our officers and staff won’t be able to provide any further details on this specific case, but we will be there to listen and support our communities,” he added.
This comes after an unrelated bomb scare sparked fear at an Asda shop earlier today.
A spokesperson for the chain told The Sun that the store in Bootle, Merseyside, was closed for around an hour at 11am this morning.
It has now reopened as usual, Asda said.
The store descended into mayhem this morning, with some customers left “crying and screaming”.
Shoppers and staff were forced to evacuate after rumours of a “bomb threat”.
But police confirmed it was a false alarm – and it was just a man with a charging cable.
Posts online said: “Apparently someone is in there with some sort of explosive” while others claimed it was a “machete”.
Another said on X: “A bomb scare at the Bootle Asda is one way to start me Friday.”
A Facebook post read: “Just been evacuated from Asda Bootle, everyone [is] running out screaming [and] crying.
“Have to say one of the scariest things that’s ever happened to me.
“They’re saying [there is] a bomb in there. Everyone stay away from Asda Bootle.”
Merseyside Police said: “We were called just after 10am today, Friday 6 June, to a report of suspicious behaviour at Asda on Strand Road in Bootle.
“It was reported that a man was holding an item which turned out to be a charging cable.
“Officers attended and enquiries established it was a false call with good intent. Officers have now left the scene.”

Watch moment biker gets ‘instant karma’ after hurling punch at van driver in ‘road rage’ row
THIS is the dramatic moment an aggressive biker was hit with a dose of karma after punching a van driver.
The balaclava-clad culprit picked a fight with the motorist and threw hands before speeding off.

Before he makes his escape, the biker is seen yelling “Who the f*** do you think you are?”.
He then challenges the driver to “get out then”.
After shaking off the blow, the seething driver steps on the gas to try and track down the assailant.
But before he can cut him off, the biker suffers an embarrassing fall after crashing into a railing on the side of the road.
It’s not the first time motorists and pranksters have been dealt instant karma.
A TikTok influencer was publicly humiliated after a stupid Apple Pay prank backfired horribly.
Video shows the prankster quickly being arrested by plain clothes police officers after being grabbed by the man he pretended to scam.
Approaching a passer-by in central London, the Apple Pay prank involved the influencer going up to a man and tapping their phones together.
The prank’s victim quickly grabs him by the arm while the perpetrator loudly shouts “hairline” repeatedly.
He then tells the man “I took £1,000 out of your account for a new hairline” in reference to his own receding style.
Despite the chaos, the TikToker tells his cameraman to “keep rolling bro” with a big grin on his face.
But he quickly changes his tune when the man starts asking people to call the police.
The video captures his friend being put in handcuffs by two plain-clothed police officers while he continues to shout that it was “just a prank”.
The boy is pushed to the floor as the policemen tell him to keep still.
Despite shouting out in pain and saying they’re “breaking my hand off,” he encourages his friend to “keep recording.”
Police then calmly tell him he has been detained so that they can conduct a stop and search for articles relating to fraud.
