“It’s completely contradictory to everything we see”: We Still Don’t Know Why Kishimoto Ignored the Greatest Genetic Freak Who Makes Naruto Look Tame

Perhaps the most baffling contradiction of Naruto is how genetics, which was a huge element in developing powerful characters throughout the series, was excluded in the latter half of the story. This is especially evident in how Masashi Kishimoto appeared to have forgotten the greatest genetic potential of one lineage, one that would have produced […]

Ronan O’Gara hints at drastic career change as he admits struggling La Rochelle ‘might be better off without me’

RONAN O’GARA has hinted at a potential exit from La Rochelle after they slipped to a fifth defeat on the bounce.

The two-time European Champions Cup winners lost 26-21 to Racing 92 in the Top 14 at the weekend.

It was their third straight defeat in the league and leaves them in eighth place.

And speaking afterwards, O’Gara suggested the team could be “better off without me”.

The former Munster out-half – who is contracted until 2027 – said: “It’s a crisis, we have to accept it.

“We had an unacceptable first half for a Top 14 team, after the defeat in Lyon.

“It is my club, I’d like to fight for it, do what’s necessary.

“Rumours about Australia aren’t true. But, you have to ask yourself: are the players fighting for me, for the staff? Obviously today, no.

“There is no proof I can get the team out of this crisis, but I will fight.

“Maybe the message is not getting through. It’s a real option if the message is not getting through that it might be better without me.

“I haven’t lost confidence in myself, that’s for sure, but you need to ask the question.

“Can you imagine [what] the fans who watched that think?

“It’s not my rugby, it’s not my state of mind, it’s not my attitude, but the players represent me.

“Right now, there’s a disconnect.”

Their latest defeat came just days after he rubbished speculation linking him with the Australia head coach gig.

His name has been floated around the Wales job since Warren Gatland’s departure as well as the Wallabies gig upon Joe Schmidt’s exit later this year.

And while the Munster icon has previously spoken about feeling like ‘a Judas’ were he to renege on his current contract, he has not been shy in acknowledging that the Australian job would appeal to him.

However, speaking to Off the Ball Breakfast segment, he insisted he would be staying in France until the end of his contract.

He said: “You get enjoyment out of it even in tough times and it is tough at the moment.

“But the relationships aren’t strong if you change your behaviour then towards those people who have given me the possibility to shine at test level – if I wanted to do that.

“And I don’t want to do that yet because I feel like I’ve such unfinished business at La Rochelle so I’m going to be there until 2027.

“I’m not going to Australia, I’m not going to Wales. I’m locked in here and it’s important that people in La Rochelle understand that.”

Love Island winner Casey horrified as phone is stolen and Instagram is hacked – and thief has been messaging famous pals

LOVE Island winner Casey O’Gorman has been left horrified as his phone was stolen and his Instagram was hacked.

But from good news to bad, Casey’s best pal Tom Clare took to social media to reveal that his phone had been stolen.

Tom wrote a simple message, saying: “Casey’s had his phone stolen. Any info message me.”

Tom is Casey’s best mate, after they both appeared on Winter Love Island 2023.

A source has since told The Sun: “Casey is so worried because the thief had access to all his private pics and information – they posted some pics he never meant to see the light of day but it’s the Whatsapp messages he’s really worried about – there are a lot of chats with sensitive information in there.

“It could have been a disaster – in the end all that happened was the thief messaged some of his famous friends and asked for money.”

The person who stole Casey’s phone had posted ‘free Palestine’ as well as hitting out at musician Stormzy, calling him a ‘sell out.’

A representative for Casey has said: “Casey doesn’t have any comment at this time. I can confirm his phone was stolen and has been reported to the police.”

This weekend, Casey and Gabby had been celebrating their win by joining showbiz pals Tom and Molly Smith for a surprise party for at London hotspot, Sheesh.

Gabby took to Instagram to reveal her joy at finding out all her best friends had gathered in posh Mayfair to toast to her and Casey’s Love Island Victory.

The reigning All Stars champs looked delighted as they enjoyed yummy food and drank plenty of champers.

At one point Casey got up to do a speech and thank all his friends for being there.

In another clip, Gabby and her man can be seen pulling each other in for a smooch.

Other stars at the party included Messy Mitch and his girlfriend Hayley Griffin. The couple’s All Stars co-stars Tina Stinnes and Danielle Sellers were also there to toast to their victory.

Following Casey and Gabby’s big win the couple appeared on The Morning After podcast to speak to host and series five star Amy Hart

Amy, 31, said: “You’re about to have a little windfall into your bank – fifty grand, twenty five grand each, what are you going to spend it on?”

Gabby replied: “I didn’t even know that was a thing until just now! I didn’t know that’s what you won.”

Amy quizzed: “Did they ask for your bank details, like, ‘we’ll transfer you’.”

A stunned Gabby said: “Yeah! It was literally that.”

Revealing their plans for the winnings, Casey – who appeared as a bombshell on series nine and the first All-Stars spin-off before his late entrance this year – said: “We’ve got to go away.

“Somewhere nice. I think we’ll go to the Maldives.”

Happy with her man’s answer, Gabby nodded and added: “Sexy.”

She continued: “The first thing that came into my head was that I’d like to do something nice with my mum, take her on holiday as well.”

Who is Foster Christian and how long is he serving for murdering Simon Gorecki & Natasha Sadler-Ellis

Ferrari Press Agency…Foster Christian found guilty of double murders of Natasha Sadler-Ellis and Simon Gorecki in Canterbury in March this year. He was convicted at Maidstone Crown Court today. See Ferrari copy. Picture: KENT POLICE

FOSTER Christian was convicted of the murders of Simon Gorecki and Natasha Sadler-Ellis in Canterbury in 2016.

Here we look at his life and crimes, as well as how long he was sentenced behind bars.

Natasha Sadler-Ellis was fatally stabbed

Who is Foster Christian?

The tragic events unfolded on March 29, 2016, when a dispute over hot water at the accommodation they shared escalated into a violent confrontation.

Foster Christian claimed he acted in self-defence when he fatally stabbed Simon Gorecki, 48, and Natasha Sadler-Ellis, 40.

However, the investigation revealed that this was a deliberate act of murder.

During the attack, Christian also seriously injured Natasha’s 20-year-old son and another 16-year-old boy.

The violence of the assault was evident in the multiple stab wounds inflicted on the victims.

999 call

After the attack, Christian called the police and told the operator: “I’ve just been attacked in my house.’’

During the call, he could also be heard saying: ‘’[It was] one of my housemates Simon and his girlfriend and these boys.’’

‘’They’ve just come to my door and started an argument and then just started lashing into me. They were hitting me with beer cans and bottles.’’

Christian also admitted to ‘’grabbing’’ a knife during the attack.

Following the investigation, Det Ch Insp Nick Gossett, senior investigating officer explained: ‘’What started as an argument took a very serious turn with tragic consequences.

‘’Now two lives have been lost and many lives ruined.

“Although Christian never denied stabbing Miss Sadler-Ellis and Mr Gorecki it is clear from our investigation that this was not self defence, but murder.”

Trial and sentencing

Following a three-week trial at Maidstone Crown Court, Christian was found guilty of two counts of murder and two counts of wounding.

In October 2016, he was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 30 years.

Simon Gorecki was also stabbed to death

Judge Justice Stuart-Smith said at the time: “I accept there were tensions in the house. They were made worse when other residents had been drinking and became argumentative.

“Those tensions may explain why, when you made his shower go cold, Mr Gorecki swore at you and you swore back at him, instead of both of you reacting more calmly.

“Drink may have explained why Ms Sadler-Ellis got involved in the argument. But nothing – nothing at all – begins to justify what you did later.

“What you did was way over the top. It was literally a murderous attack on not just Mr Gorecki, who had a cider can but not a knife, and on Ms Sadler-Ellis, who was also unarmed.

“What you did went way beyond any possible bounds of reasonable self-defence.”

Judge Stuart-Smith added: “I don’t know if you have ever stopped pitying yourself or deludedly thinking you can justify what you did for long enough to consider the impact your knife attack has had.

“Not just on the people you killed and wounded, but on those affected by the loss of life you caused.’’

A Killer Makes a Call

The murders of Simon Gorecki and Natasha Sadler-Ellis will feature in the Channel 5 crime series ’A Killer Makes a Call’ on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 10pm.

Previous episodes of the series are also available to stream on My5.
