How Kate’s ‘difficult’ decision for George’s school could come down to security issue & it affects Louis & Charlotte too

ALL eyes are on where Prince George will be going to school next year, as Princess Kate has done numerous viewings of prospective locations.

While Princes William and Harry went to single-sex elite school Eton College, an expert has claimed that the Princess of Wales could be eyeing up a co-ed school for George, 11.

Editor-in-Chief of Majesty Magazine told Fabulous: “I think he will probably go to a co-ed where all three of them can be educated together, because also that cuts hugely down the security bill.

“I think Kate and William are very conscious of how much it costs the taxpayer to guard them – guard not being the exact word – but to kind of give them the security which they absolutely have to have.

“To have three different schools in three different parts of the country, I think would be very difficult.”

The royal expert pointed out that Harry and William always went to school together, and said: “I feel very sure that this is what Kate and William will want to do.”

She added that she thinks the Prince and Princess of Wales will be looking for a “very rounded education for Prince George”, when he moves school at 13.

Ingrid explained: “He’s had a lot of formality in his young life, and I think they would probably want him to be certainly co-ed, I would think, and just somewhere where he’s free.”

The royal editor also predicted that William and Kate might send Prince George, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six, to boarding school.

She added: “Boarding schools nowadays aren’t like one imagines the boarding schools of old.

“They can come home whenever they want to. They can come home weekends if they’re not too busy playing sports.

“But all the sports, the big sports, matches and things happen at weekends, so I imagine that, if Kate wants them to come home they could come home on Saturday afternoon.

“I think it’s very much more flexible than the idea of these very strict sort of Tom Brown School Days.”

Ingrid’s prediction was that Marlborough College, where Kate and siblings James and Pippa, went to school, could be an “obvious choice” for the kids.

Alternatively, if they do select single sex for George, Eton could be a front-runner.

She added: “I think Eton could potentially be in the running. It’s very near to Adelaide Cottage, although they may not stay there.”

Kate’s secret school tours

Ahead of the big move from Lambrook School, Princess Kate looked round two prospective elite London schools in December.

One was single sex and one co-ed, suggesting the family are still keeping both options open.

The Princess of Wales first toured round the £10,000-a-term, “boldly academic”, single sex University College School (UCS) in Hampstead after term ended for the festive break.

The same week, Kate looked round co-ed Highgate School, located two miles away, which was closed for a “special VIP visitor”, according to the Mail.

Other options for George are said to be Oundle School in Northamptonshire and the elite St Edward’s School, also known as “Teddies” – which boasts Oppenheimer actress Florence Pugh as an alumna.

Despite Kate touring schools over 18 months in advance, Ingrid shared how the Wales family don’t need to make a rushed decision yet.

She explained: “It’s not like it would be you or me trying to get a child into a school, and we have to put their name down at birth.

“No one is going to say no to having Prince George in their school, so they don’t actually have to make up their mind until they’re absolutely sure.”

Will Prince George go to a state school?

ROYAL pros have discussed the possibility of Prince George ditching an education at Eton College for time at a state school.

Speaking to royal reporter Bronte Coy on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive, royal experts Richard Palmer and Katie Nicholl spoke about the significant decision looming for Princess Kate and Prince William in regards to Prince George’s schooling.

Katie acknowledged the Waleses’ desire to shake things up, as she claimed: “I think the big question is, is it going to be Eton and following in tradition and obviously George going to an all boys’ school, or will they break the tradition and go to a co-ed?

“I don’t think they’re at logger heads and I’m not dressing this up as a row, but it’s a big decision they’ve got to make.

“They’ve been around to see the schools and I guess at some point we will know what they’ve chosen to do.”

Meanwhile, Richard Palmer chimed in: “Personally, I think it’s a great shame that our future head of State doesn’t actually go to a state school.

“And I think it would be fantastic if that were to happen.

“I think Katie’s right, it’s second nature for people of their social background to send their kids away, clearly if George is at Eton they’re just around the corner, but I think what tends to happen is that the kids themselves don’t want to be going from home every day because they’re not then really at the heart of the school community.

“You want to be a boarder, so I’m guessing all of the kids will end up boarding, even if they go to schools very close.”

Watch the moment Ekin-Su realises her ‘plan isn’t working’ after most popular All Stars villa girl was revealed

EKIN-SU Culculoglu’s face appeared to betray her real feelings when the most popular Love Island contestants were announced in last night’s show.

The public voted for their favourite All Stars and host Maya Jama delivered the results ahead of a brutal dumping.

Elma Pazar and Luca Bish were crowned top girl and boy in front of their co-stars – though with that honour came a great responsibility.

They were tasked with eliminating three of the four lowest-scoring Islanders – eventually choosing Kaz Crossley, Montel McKenzie and Nas Majeed, while Tina Stinnes lived to love another day.

Many villa viewers have accused former winner Ekin-Su of playing a game ever since she arrived.

Her relationship with Curtis Pritchard has been called a “showmance”, while eyebrows have been raised over her constant meddling in other people’s drama.

When Elma was selected as the most popular girl, viewers sensed Ekin’s smile was fake and that she was actually surprised not to be chosen.

One person commented on X: “Ekin-Su just realised her plan ain’t working.”

Another said: “Ekin-Su in everyone business trying to position herself for the win. Nothing more.”

A third posted: “How was Ekin-Su not one of the least favourite girls?? I cannot stand her!!!”

Though three Islanders have departed, another two have arrived.

Sammy Root, who won series 10 with Jess Harding, and 2017 girl Danielle Sellers both made their entrance.

During his time in the villa, Sammy had a fling with Elma and an insider thinks they could build on that previous attraction.

A source said: “Elma has said the attraction with Sammy was nothing more than flirtation, as she’s conscious they have an age gap of nearly 10 years, but Love Island execs hope that under the South African sun, love could bloom.””

The dark story of YouTubers Myka and James Stauffer who ‘re-homed’ their autistic, adopted son and then vanished

WITHIN a few minutes of sitting down in front of the camera, Myka and James Stauffer’s entire influencer empire collapsed when they revealed they had “re-homed” their autistic, adopted son.

The Stauffers were “family vloggers”, filming and uploading the mundane parts of their lives with their four children, Kova, Jaka, Radley and Onyx, to YouTube for 700,000 subscribers to watch.

YouTuber Myka Stauffer and her husband James have announced that they have decided to "rehome" their son Huxley, who they adopted nearly three years ago from China.
Myka and James had four other biological children

But in May 2020, the couple shared a video explaining their reasons for finding a new home for their son Huxley, who they had adopted from China three years prior.

The couple was cancelled immediately and then disappeared from public life.

The uproar has now been revisited in an HBO docuseries called An Update on Our Family, which explores what really happened and includes clips from Myka’s now-deleted YouTube videos.

Between 2016 and 2020, Myka and James documented the journey of welcoming Huxley into their family – including choosing him, raising money, and filming the day he arrived.

According to NBC News, the Stauffers used a GoFundMe page to raise money to pay for Huxley’s adoption from China. The couple reportedly earned $800, while they said the adoption cost them $42,000.

In a YouTube video posted before the adoption, the couple said they were aware of Huxley’s autism diagnosis, and said they were willing to learn how to parent a child with special needs.

Myka added: “I don’t know what his medical diagnosis is gonna look like. How much schooling will he need? Will he need a little bit more hands on? Will he be delayed?

The mother told her subscribers they “would love” him “no matter what state” he came to them in and then strongly stated: “If anything, my child is not returnable.”

Their inspiring adoption story brought them a new era of success, with their adoption video of Huxley being watched by more than five million people.

And this was just the beginning; personal moments such as Huxley’s first Christmas, bonding with new siblings, and family days out, were shared online for the world to see.

Internet sleuths got suspicious

The Stauffers were a family who provided daily updates about their life and Huxley, so when the updates stopped, their followers noticed.

Huxley no longer appeared in new social media posts, and the influencers’ channel was flooded with comments asking where he was.

According to Time.com, armchair detectives had even gone to James’ car-themed YouTube channel, “Stauffer Garage,” where they noticed Huxley’s car seat was no longer visible.

They shared this revelation in the comments section and then realised that anyone asking about Huxley’s car seat or his whereabouts, had their comments deleted.

Then, Myka and James changed their videos with the toddler from public to private so any content featuring Huxley was no longer viewable by the public.

It was only a month later that Myka and James confirmed their adoption of Huxley was dissolved.

“Re-homing” Huxley

After months of speculation, Myka and James confessed in a video uploaded to their YouTube channel in May 2020, to “re-homing” Huxley.

Looking into the camera, James said: “With international adoption, sometimes there are unknowns and things that are not transparent on files.

“Once Huxley came home, there was a lot more special needs that we weren’t aware of, and that we were not told.”

The father explained how “hard” it was to “hear from the medical professionals”, adding “a lot of their feedback” was “upsetting”.

“We never wanted to be in this position. And we’ve been trying to get his needs met and help him out as much as possible … we truly love him,” James remarked.

The mother of four stressed how much she loved Huxley; they just realised they couldn’t meet his needs.

She continued through tears: “There’s not an ounce of our body that doesn’t love Huxley with all of our being.

“There wasn’t a minute that I didn’t try our hardest and I think what [James] is trying to say is that after multiple assessments, after multiple evaluations, numerous medical professionals have felt that he needed a different fit [for] his medical needs. He needed more.”

The influencer said “the last couple months have been the hardest thing [she] could have ever imagined”, adding she felt “like a failure”.

The video ended with the couple sharing an emotional plea for fans to have “grace” with them whilst they navigate the future.

Myka concluded: “We are still struggling. We are going to be heartbroken for a very long time.”

The couple’s lawyers, Thomas Taneff and Taylor Sayers, told PEOPLE: “We are privy to this case and given the facts at hand, we feel this was the best decision for Huxley.

“In coming to know our clients we know they are a loving family and are very caring parents that would do anything for their children.”

An investigation launches

In June 2020, Ohio authorities launched an investigation into the well-being of both Huxley and the couple’s four biological children.

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office said it received “several enquiries regarding the welfare” of the then-four-year-old, and in a statement to The Independent, a spokesperson said their “primary concern [was] for the well-being of this child as well as the other children in the household”.

One month later, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office announced that it would not be filing charges against the Stauffers.

The Stauffer’s final say…

Myka published a lengthy statement on her Instagram account on June 24, 2020, and has not been heard from since.

I want to first off apologize for the uproar and take full responsibility for all of the hurt that I have caused. This decision has caused so many people heart break and I am sorry for letting down so many women that looked up to me as a mother. I’m sorry for the confusion, and pain I have caused, and I am sorry for not being able to tell more of my story from the beginning. I could never have anticipated the incidents which occurred on a private level to ever have happened, and I was trying my best to navigate the hardest thing I have ever been through. I apologize for being so naive when I started the adoption process, I was not selective or fully equipped or prepared. I received one day of watching at home online video training and getting my Hague adoption certification which was required by my accredited adoption agency. For me, I needed more training. I can’t say I wish this never happened because I’m still so glad Huxley is here and getting all of the help he needs. I also know that even though he is happier in his new home and doing better that he still experienced trauma. I wanted to help so bad I was willing to bring home any child that needed me. For this I was naive, foolish and arrogant. I wish so bad I would have been more prepared and done more. I wish the decision to disrupt never had to be made. Adoption and all special needs are amazing and I have a ton of respect for every adoptee, adoption parent, and special needs parent. I look up to you in a million ways. And I’m sorry for hurting the community in any way. Lastly to debunk a couple complete rumors, we did not adopt a child to gain wealth. While we did receive a small portion of money from videos featuring Huxley and his journey, every penny and much more went back into his care. Getting Huxley the care and services he needed was very expensive and we made sure he got every service, and resource we could possibly find. Secondly, we are not under any type of investigation. I’m hoping to share more from my side of the story soon. And lastly I’m so sorry for letting you down. I also want to mention that moms need a safe place to ask for help when they are struggling. No questions asked. We love Huxley and know that this was the right decision for him and his future. Praying that Huxley only has the best future in the entire world.

It’s not known if the couple are still together since their 2020 controversy – neither have posted on personal social media pages since June 2020.

The YouTube channel they ran is no longer public, but James’ ‘Stauffer Garage’ channel with 1.3 million followers is still active and regularly posts new videos.

Where is Huxley now?

In their final video, Myka explained the adoption agency had helped place Huxley with his “forever family”.

According to reports, authorities confirmed the child – who has been renamed and lives his life in private – was “happy” in his new home, even admitting the young boy was quick to call his new mother “momma”.

Myka added: “He’s thriving, he’s doing really well, and his new mommy has medical, professional training.”

Family FREED from jail after ‘leaving bride in vegetative state by feeding her pills when she failed to meet standards’

A FAMILY who left a bride in a vegetative state by allegedly force-feeding her pills when she “failed to meet their expectations” have been freed from jail.

Ambreen Fatima Sheikh suffered “irretrievable” brain damage when she fell unconscious ten years ago.

Husband Asgar Sheikh, 31, dad-in-law Khalid Sheikh, 55, and mum-in-law Shabnam Sheikh, 52, were last year jailed for a total of 23 years.

The trio were found guilty of causing or allowing a vulnerable adult to suffer serious physical harm following a trial.

But they have now been released from prison after the conviction was quashed by the Court of Appeal.

Judges found the original case at Leeds Crown Court was “riddled with evidential difficulties”.

The family’s convictions for perverting the course of justice and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice were upheld.

Sister-in-law Shagufa, 29, who was handed a suspended sentence for causing or allowing a vulnerable adult to suffer serious physical harm, also had her conviction overturned.

The court previously how Ambreen arrived in the UK in 2014 as a well-educated “happy-go-lucky” young woman.

She had been flown in from Pakistan for an arranged marriage but was targeted by her new family because she had “not lived up to expectations” as a wife, it was said.

Although the family refused to give evidence, prosecutors suggested she was subjected to a “pattern of violence” behind closed doors.

She was socially isolated and her sister, who also lived in Britain, was threatened with death by Asgar when she came to visit.

Jurors heard he failed to call an ambulance for his wife for three days after she was effectively “tortured”.

On August 1, 2015, Shagufa Sheikh eventually raised the alarm – claiming her sister-in-law “couldn’t breathe properly”.

When paramedics arrived, they found Ambreen lying unconscious on the bed.

She was rushed to hospital where tests found swelling on her brain and a severe burn to her lower back.

Medics believed this was caused by “some form of caustic substance” around five to seven days before the horror.

This had caused an injury to her ear and marks on Ambreen’s toes suggested there had been a period of “prolonged immobility.”

Nurses also noted she was “malnourished” and “unkempt” in appearance, the court heard.

Prosecutor Robert Steen Smith said she had involuntarily ingested an anti-diabetic medication that caused hypoglycemia.

This in turn caused swelling of her brain and loss of consciousness, he added.

Ambreen, who was not diabetic, had also been left incontinent before she fell unconscious and had been vomiting.

Mr Smith said it was likely she had been cleaned up and placed in her sister-in-law’s room before the ambulance arrived.

Her own soiled clothing and bedding had been dumped in a wheelie bin outside the terraced house.

At first, police believed they would be dealing with a murder probe after Ambreen was placed on a life support machine.

When the machine was switched off, she was able to breathe but has remained in a vegetative state with no change in her condition since.

Officers quizzed all five family members who lived in the home but all of them closed ranks and refused to reveal what had happened.

Husband Asgar just told them: “I love my wife so much why would I hurt her?”

Asgar and his parents were each jailed for seven years and nine months.
