Sky customers urged to claim three perks worth over £105 that you’re already paying for including free Netflix
SKY telly comes with hundreds of channels but that’s not all you’re paying for.
There are a few easy-to-miss perks that might be included in your plan – and they could be worth over £105.
Sky has a long partnership with Netflix that includes free subscriptions[/caption]Here’s what to look out for…
FREE NETFLIX
First up is the free Netflix perk.
It’s available if you have the Sky Essential TV package (which is £15 a month) or the Sky Ultimate TV plan (£22 a month).
You’ll also get it as part of your Sky Glass or Sky Stream plans – just boot up the app and follow the instructions to link your account.
Both of these subscriptions comes with Netflix’s Standard with Ads plan.
This usually costs £4.99 a month, working out at £59.88 over the course of a year.
It features almost all of the TV shows and movies as a regular plan, as well as unlimited access to mobile games.
As the name suggests, you’ll be shown ads while you watch telly – so prepare for some interruptions.
You can watch on two supported devices at one time, and resolution is capped at Full HD 1080p.
On top of that, you can download content on two supported devices at a time.
It’s worth noting that if you’d rather have a pricier ad-free Netflix plan, you can still upgrade by paying the price difference.
FREE DISCOVERY+
Similarly, you’ll also be able to claim a free membership to Discovery+.
Like Netflix, Discovery+ is available with both the Sky Essential TV and Sky Ultimate TV packages.
Discovery+ is packed with tens of thousands of episodes of telly.
Some Sky customers can also bag Discovery+ for free[/caption]It claims to to be the “home of real-life entertainment”, and serves up content across food, nature, animals, science, technology, and more.
With Sky, you’ll get access to the Discovery+ Basic plan.
This would normally cost you £3.99 a month, which is £47.88 if you pay over 12 months.
SKY GO
Another freebie that you might have ignored previously is Sky Go.

Inside Liverpool stars’ night out in London’s West End as players celebrate extending title advantage at swanky venue
WHAT better way to celebrate ripping up the Prem than getting your teeth into a meal at the Pirana?
Liverpool celebrated their nine-point title lead with a night-out at one of the trendiest restaurants in London’s West End.
The Prem leaders chose the Piranha restaurant in London[/caption] Trent Alexander-Arnold looked particularly relaxed[/caption] Wataru Endo and Dominik Szoboszlai were two of the more casually dressed players, with back-up keeper Caoimhin Kelleher in the background[/caption] Mo Salah’s beaming smile gave away the fact he’d been the two-goal hero[/caption]Mo Salah had pipped the Cherries with both goals in a 2-0 win on the South Coast.
And hours after that victory at high-flying Bournemouth, Arne Slot‘s men wore smiles as wide as their Prem advantage as they walked into the Mayfair eatery.
Salah, not surprisingly, had the biggest grin.
And as the Reds strolled in, most of them casually addressed, it was noticeable how relaxed they look.
Dominik Szoboszlai rocked a flowery, blue jacket, while Wataru Endo gave the midfielder a run for his money in a multi-zipped green number.
But many stars were happy in simple stuff like jeans and T-shirt at avenue that boasts “entertainment and a live DJ every night”.
Curtis Jones added a denim top to that laidback look, and despite the wintry weather Trent Alexander-Arnold didn’t even wear a jacket.
Pirana boasts a “delightful fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours” – with prices ranging from an £8 starter of Edamame beans to £440 for Beluga Caviar.

You could also pay £40 for tuna tartare or £50 for the “Premium Sushi” dishes of lobster and wagyu beef.
And if you really don’t mind getting hammered with the bill for wagyu, then you could go for the “Australian Tomahawk”… at £495.
Some of those prices might not be down to earth.
But the togetherness in the Liverpool squad, as well as the attitude of boss Slot, appears just that.
After seeing off Bournemouth, the Dutchman said: “We had to play at the top of our abilities and needed luck to win this game.
“I meant they hit the bar or the post two times and they were constantly trying to force things.
“They had other chances as well and I don’t think we actually controlled the game.”
You could buy a salad at Pirana for £16, but you can’t put a price on Salah.
He’s now the Prem’s sixth highest scorer ever on 178 goals, albeit with Alan Shearer well clear at the top of the list on 260.
And although the future of the Egyptian is in doubt, Slot has no doubts over his value on the pitch.
He added: “The second goal was the difference between the two teams. It wasn’t an easy or a simple chance, the way Salah scores is so calm.
“It shows you how much quality he has to win a game like this. The rest of the team and him worked so hard to keep the clean sheet.”
Maybe all that concentration was why keeper Alisson appeared to have the most serious expression when he walked into the Pirana!

CHELSEA star Cole Palmer revealed the hilarious reason why he will never become a pundit.
Palmer, 22, has established himself as one of the best young players in the world ever since his £42.5million move to Stamford Bridge from Manchester City in 2023.
The star winger has since amassed a staggering total of 39 goals and 21 assists in 70 appearances with the West Londoners.
The England international keeps going from strength to strength as he looks to win titles and cement his legacy.
Of course, Palmer doesn’t think at all about retirement amid his young age and continuous success.
But the Chelsea star knows already that he probably doesn’t have what it takes to become a pundit.
That is because of his laconic and blunt nature that sees him avoiding long conversations with his short and cold answers.
The ex-Man City star explained that he would have very little to say compared to the likes of Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher.
Palmer told Sky Sports: “I don’t think my answers would be long enough to be a pundit.”
Instead, the versatile forward sees himself working in the background after retirement – potentially as a scout.

Palmer added: “I don’t know what I’ll do. Might be a scout.”
The Chelsea star has already registered a whopping 14 goals and six assists in 25 appearances across all competitions.
And Palmer has yet to compete in Europe with manager Enzo Maresca opting against including him in his Conference League squad for the League Phase.

Legendary Mercedes driven by five-time F1 champion sold for £42.7MILLION – more than double previous record – at auction
AN ICONIC Mercedes Formula One car has made history by doubling the record for the most expensive Grand Prix car ever sold.
The striking silver Mercedes W196 R Stromlinienwage, chassis number 00009/54, was sold for a staggering £42.7million (€52.92m) by an unnamed buyer.

Boasting a top speed of 186mph, the remarkable machine that typifies the “Silver Arrows” nickname claimed victory on its debut in 1955 at the Buenos Aires Grand Prix, but with a cigar shaped open-wheel design.
It won five more races that season to win both the driver’s and constructors’ championship.
The car was sold by RM Sotheby’s on behalf of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany.
The previous record for the most expensive grand prix car sold also belongs to a Fangio-driver Mercedes, the 1954 Mercedes W196 which sold at Goodwood, England for £19.6m ($29.6m) in 2013.
However, it pales in comparison to the most expensive sports car ever sold.
That title belongs to 300SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe, which was sold in May 2022 for £113m ($140m).
The W196 R was donated to the IMS by Mercedes in 1965, and was held for almost 60 years before being auctioned off to raise funds for the museum’s restoration efforts.

IMS curator, Jason Vansickle, said: “It’s a beautiful car, it’s a very historic car, it’s just a little bit outside our scope window.
“We’ve been fortunate to be stewards of this vehicle for nearly 60 years and it has been a great piece in the museum but with this auction and the proceeds raised, it really will allow us… to be better in the future.”
Mercedes withdrew from the motorsport in 1955 following a Le Mans 24 Hours disaster which tragically killed 84 people.
They eventually returned in 2010, where they have since won eight constructors titles and seven drivers titles – six with Lewis Hamilton and one with Nico Rosberg.
