This image is known as an optical illusion, meaning there could be other not-so obvious elements to be found.

Everyone can quickly see all the playing cards spread around in a big mess.

But only those with razor-sharp vision can solve this mind-bending puzzle in time.

Are you able to find the tricky joker or will you be left scratching your head?

It might seem a bit daunting at first, but the key is to carefully examine each section of the image.

You might wish to start from the top left corner of the image and work your way down, or maybe do the complete opposite – whatever gives you more confidence!

Another useful tactic is picking an element of the picture – in this case a card – and analyse what’s around it.

Were you able to spot the joker? If so, congratulations!

Still struggling to figure this one out? Have a look at the solution image at the bottom to check if you were close enough.

How can optical illusions and brainteasers help me?

Engaging in activities like solving optical illusions and brainteasers can have many cognitive benefits as it can stimulate various brain regions.

Some benefits include:

  • Cognitive stimulation: Engaging in these activities challenges the brain, promoting mental agility and flexibility.
  • Problem-solving skills: Regular practice enhances analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Memory improvement: These challenges often require memory recall and can contribute to better memory function.
  • Creativity: They encourage thinking outside the box, fostering creativity and innovative thought processes.
  • Focus and attention: Working on optical illusions and brainteasers requires concentration, contributing to improved focus.
  • Stress relief: The enjoyable nature of these puzzles can act as a form of relaxation and stress relief.

Did you know that solving optical illusions is a great way of training your brain and improving creative thinking?

Brainteasers are purposefully designed to trick our vision and can be used as simple determiners of intelligence.

So you might want to try The Sun’s wide range of optical illusions created to stimulate the deepest parts of your brain.

In this puzzle, you must be a genius if you can help a family find a mistake in their game.

Helen Flanagan reveals she’s put on weight despite doing dry January after reintroducing two foods to her diet

Helen confessed that she initially cut out alcohol to support boyfriend Robbie Talbot with the challenge.

But the mum-of-three realised she was benefiting from dry January even though she’d replaced drinking with snacking.

She wrote: “I’ve put weight on this January, I’ve done dry January, I wanted to support my boyfriend with it so did it myself…

“Then I realised my drinking habits probably weren’t the best myself… so cutting down on my drinking as made me just want to snack more. But it’s fine.”

Helen also revealed she’s eating bread and pasta for the first time in two years.

She continued: “My eating habits can be a bit wierd (eating disorder from my teens) but I try with it.

“I don’t think as women we’re ever happy, there’s always something to pick at, but I suppose as you get older it’s a nice thing as you just become more comfortable in your skin.”

Helen recently teased a return to Coronation Street after playing Rosie Webster between 2000 and 2018.

She shared a throwback from when she first joined the soap and previously told The Sun she’d love to go back.

Helen said: “I would absolutely love to go back to Coronation Street.

“I live now where I did growing up and I’ve moved around so much, you know, with my ex, football and stuff, so I’m back.

“But to be able to do Coronation Street, they would have to ask me back.

“Also if I went back and stuff, I’d want to be in a good storyline and what have you.”

BEAR Grylls’ strapping son proved that he is no nepo baby as his dad revealed his very normal job.

Proud papa Bear, 50, shared that his son is travelling the world and had worked hard to fund his trip.

The celebrity adventurer has three sons – Jesse, 21, Marmaduke, 18, and Huckleberry, 15 – who he shares with wife Shara.

It’s their middle child Marmaduke who has flown the nest and has been travelling the world.

But to fund his trip, and rather than asking his famous father for the cash, he took a job in a butcher’s shop to pay for his travels.

His mum and dad flew out to Australia to visit him before he headed off to his next exotic location.

Sharing the moment on Instagram, Bear posted a slew of pictures of himself and Marmaduke with wife Shara.

In the sweet snaps the TV star’s son can be seen towering over his dad.

The proud father then wrote next to the snaps: “So sad but also happy for Marmaduke – saying goodbye to him here in Australia as he heads to Asia for 4 months.

“He’s worked hard in a butchers in London, earned his way and is now going off for his own adventure… have fun, stay safe, come home soon. We miss you…”

Bear is returning to TV this week with Celebrity Bear Hunt..

The programme sees 12 celebrities dropped into the Costa Rican jungle, where they must fend for themselves and avoid capture by super-skilled Bear.

Boris Becker was forced to withdraw on medical grounds, while Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen feared he was having a heart attack

Conditions are so savage Netflix bosses had a team of survival experts and ambulances on standby, plus anti-venom injections in case contestants were attacked by poisonous snakes.

Stars including Mel B, Danny Cipriani and Big Zuu join Laurence and troubled tennis legend Boris, who was hoping to reignite his career following a stint behind bars for bankruptcy offences.

Speaking before joining the show, which is also hosted by Holly Willoughby, Boris said: “I survived prison.

“I wanna compare that to the wild.

“It is about overcoming and not falling down.”

But his time on the show was cut short when he picked up an injury on the first day.

Executive producer Ben Mitchell revealed: “Boris, after years of playing tennis, as you’d expect, he’s kind of ravaged by injury, so his mobility was impaired.

“He jarred his knee and we didn’t want him to risk causing any kind of further damage so he was shipped out, which was a real shame.”

Contestants who have slummed it on I’m A Celebrity will also be jealous when they see the Bear Hunt camp, where the stars stars.

Forget hammocks and meals of rice and bean, these celebs are treated to a fully stocked kitchen, booze, a yoga room, real beds, luxury showers and a proper loo.

A show insider told The Sun: “The camp is what you’d expect if a celebrity went glamping.

“There were all the creature comforts – even a secret smoking area round the back where all the real gossiping took place away from the cameras.”

Celebrity Bear Camp drops on Netflix at 8am on Wednesday.

Who is Kingfisher on The Masked Singer 2025?

FANS of The Masked Singer are stunned to find out the true identity of the Kingfisher.

In a double unmasking that aired on Saturday February 3, 2025 the secret identity of the Kingfisher and the Snail were revealed.

Who is Kingfisher on The Masked Singer 2025?

Kingfisher’s identity has remained a secret for weeks but in a shocking double unmasking the Kingfisher was revealed as Sir Grayson Perry.

The judges were shocked and as Perry removed his costume Davina McColl dropped into her seat, with her face full of disbelief.

Grayson Perry is an artist known for his ceramic vases, tapestries and cross-dressing.

During his first stint on The Masked Singer stage, the Kingfisher performed a rendition of The Rainbow Connection from The Muppet Movie.

The masked star has joined an impressive line-up of crazy characters who managed to fool the judges, including Toad in the Hole, Teeth, and Snail.

There are many characters left that are hoping to join the The Masked Singer winners list.

Celebrities including Danny Jones, Nicola Roberts, Natalie Imbruglia and Charlie Simpson have all been crowned winners of previous shows.

What were the clues?

As part of the popular guessing game, each masked star shares a selection of clues to help the judges and viewers uncover their identity.

Kingfisher’s hints included:

  • An East End accent
  • Dog treats
  • A blue fish
  • A net
  • A radio
  • A tag that reads Harry
  • Road map A to B
  • “There’s nothing better than a nice, relaxing day down by the water”
  • “I have caught a prince or two in my time”
  • Kingfisher said: “I’m no warbler, but I have been known to showcase my kingfisher chorus from time to time”
  • “I’m a colourful kingfisher who has led a colourful life”

Kingfisher also shared a riddle which read: ”Fishing and planting, digging and mowing, to reap the rewards, you’d better get sowing.”

Who did the Masked Singer judges think Kingfisher could be?

In a bid to unmask the star on a previous episode, judge Maya Jama threw Harry Redknapp into the mix and fellow judge Davina McCall suggested that Paul Whitehouse was hiding behind the costume.

The judges also believe that Kingfisher could be Chris Packham or Alan Titchmarsh.

Previous guesses from the panel included You’ve Been Framed legend Harry Hill, comedian Bob Mortimer, and Joe Lycett.

It was even suggested that Simon Cowell could be underneath.

Judge Mo Gilligan said: “I would’ve bet my house that that was Harry Hill.”

After fooling the judges Perry said: “I was playing that up massively because I know Harry Hill. I was playing (along), it’s fun, it’s a game!  I thought I’d play the role of being a TV comedian!

On being eliminated, he confessed to feeling ‘gutted’ to leave the show.

“I had two really lovely songs lined up for next week. I was going to sing Feed the Birds from Mary Poppins, and there wouldn’t have been a dry eye in the place!

“I’d already been practising. I could hardly get through without blubbing.

‘”And then I was going to do Stick Season by Noah Kahan. That’s a great song. Lots of words though. Very hard to learn but I had it nailed and I was really looking forward to it.”

Who did The Masked Singer fans think Kingfisher is?

Fans of the show are convinced that children’s TV star Simon Farnaby is the voice of Kingfisher.

Taking to X, one viewer wrote: “Kingfisher sounds like Simon Farnaby to #maskedsinger #MaskedSingerUk.”

A second said: ”Kingfisher is Simon Farnaby. Absolute FACT.”

Top guesses from fans so far is Simon Farnaby[/caption]

And a third fan added: ”Kingfisher sounds just like Simon Farnaby #maskedsinger.”

Fans have also since jumped on the nature link and suggested Paul Whitehouse’s Gone Fishing co-star Bob Mortimer could be behind the mask.

Most fans are convinced that Horrible Histories and Ghosts star Simon Farnaby is hiding behind the fishy costume.

Other fans have said that they are “100% sure” that Harry Hill is the disguised celebrity.

Those listening to the lyrics at home also predicted that comedian Harry Hill was behind the mask.

Sharing their theories online, one penned: ”That’s definitely Harry Hill, he has a good voice.”

And a second joked: ”Kingfisher is 100000% Harry Hill let’s stop guessing now I’ve cracked it x #TheMaskedSingerUK.”

Who has left The Masked Singer 2025 so far?

Much to the delight of telly fans, The Masked Singer is back in 2025.

Twelve celebrities have been hidden behind intricate costumes, with their identities concealed.

Sadly, not all of this year’s whacky and wonderful characters can make it to the end of the show, as there can only be one winner.

Here’s who has been unmasked so far:

Teeth – this character baffled judges and viewers with their changing voice. They were finally unmasked as former Bake Off host Mel Giedroyc. None of the panel managed to guess it was her

Tattoo – despite Davina McCall saying “you sound the same” after this character was unmasked, none of the judges guessed it was 80s singer Carol Decker, whose hit China In Your Hand was a No1 hit for five weeks

Toad In The Hole – a massive diva strop saw the character storm off the stage after the judges voted them off. They later returned to be unmasked as singer Macy Gray

Pegasus – the mythical horse was revealed to be Prue Leith, with judge Jonathan Ross correctly guessing her identity

Spag Bol – this character was first to be unmasked and was none other than Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway.

Plus there was one extra unmasking this season, with Giant Joel – a caricature of host Joel Dommett – unveiled as double-double Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah.

Ultra rare Bugatti Centodieci with speeds of 236mph & just 272 miles on the clock is set to sell for eye-watering price

AN ULTRA rare Bugatti Centodieci with a top speed of 236mph and just 272 miles on the clock is set to sell for an eye-watering price.

The 2022 car is one of just ten examples produced – a homage to the iconic EB110 series of the 1990s.

The rare motor has been listed by RM Sotheby’s – and is expected to go for a whopping £12.5million.

As well as its enormous top speed, the car also has impressive acceleration – going from nought to 60mh in just 2.4 seconds.

Plus, it has a swish interior, with a Quartz white finish and a contrasting leather Beluga Black and Gris Rafale hides interior.

Bugatti has made several limited-edition spin-offs of classic cars over the years.

The Molsheim-based hypercar manufacturer unveiled the Centodieci at The Quail Motorcycle Gathering – a rally in California, USA – the listing explains.

It adds: “Over the past 17 years, the modern Bugatti Automobiles SAS has built several limited-production variants of its two legendary hypercars, the Veyron and the Chiron, many of them paying tribute to a driver or model from the company’s prewar golden era.

“In August 2019, at the exclusive The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, the Molsheim-based hypercar manufacturer unveiled something even more special—the Centodieci.

“Named for the number 110 (in Italian), the Centodieci was not only a tribute to Artioli’s iconic Bugatti EB110 and EB110 SS models, but a commemoration of the marque’s 110th anniversary, having originally been founded by Ettore Bugatti in 1909.

“The chassis and drivetrain of the Centodieci were closely derived from the concurrent Chiron, while boasting a more highly developed version of the 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W-16 engine, now making 1,600 PS.

“In addition to the uplift in power, the newest Bugatti shed 20 kilograms of unladen weight, and featured revised steering algorithms for more dynamic handling.

“With these improvements, the Centodieci could reach 100 km/h from standstill in just 2.4 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 380 km/h, astonishing performance figures that remain competitive today.

“In tribute to the great EB110, the Centodieci featured entirely novel coachwork that hinted at its forebear’s wedge-themed design motifs, including a small horseshoe grille, pointed front splitter, extremely narrow headlamps, circular inlets in the C-pillars, and a fixed rear wing.

“Just 10 examples of the Centodieci were slated for production, and by the time of Bugatti’s August 2019 introduction of the model, all 10 cars had been reserved by eager buyers.

“With the final example delivered in December 2022, the Centodieci remains one of the rarest and distinctive of the special models based on the Chiron, featuring unique coachwork and heritage associations.

“As clarified by a purchase contract and Bugatti spec sheet on file, chassis number 006 was ordered new in August 2019 by a Swiss collector.

“The magnificent Centodieci was finished in a two-tone livery of Quartz White and Grey Carbon over an interior trimmed in Beluga Black and Gris Rafale leather hides with Black Anodised trim parts and Glacier door sills.

“The Bugatti has been ideally maintained and only minimally driven during its sole ownership.

“Having enjoyed such little use, it is understandable that the Centodieci has never undergone a service appointment, although bidders should note that Bugatti’s four-year manufacturer’s warranty went into effect upon delivery in September 2022, implying that the car remains eligible for service under warranty until September 2026.

“As an extremely rare and distinctively styled speed machine built during Molsheim’s modern era, this Bugatti is undoubtedly one of the most highly desirable luxury/performance cars in today’s market, bar none.

“Ideally suited for the dedicated marque collector or hypercar completist, the Centodieci beautifully evokes one of the marque’s most celebrated chapters, sure to strike the hearts of enthusiasts far and wide.”

The Bugatti will go on sale in Paris, France on February 5.

It comes after another rare car – a classic 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 ‘Daytona’ Berlinetta – hit an auction for a staggering £450,000.

The Daytona was built in Modena by Ferrari subsidiary Scaglietti only 3 years after Ferraris’ clean sweep at the American racing track in 1967.

Cheapest EVs to buy second hand NOW from sleek BMW to budget Renault… could YOU be sitting on a goldmine?

THE cheapest electric vehicles to buy second hand NOW have been revealed and the list ranges from a sleek BMW to a budget Renault.

As sales of EVs have soared in recent years, car buyers might find that getting their hands on a dream vehicle may be more attainable than ever.

The Renault Zoe is the cheapest on the list with prices estimated to start from £2000[/caption]

Almost all of the top ten motors come in below £10,000 offering a bargain for those not wanting to fork out for a hefty price tag.

According to AutoCar, those generally headed out for regular, shorter commutes could benefit from an EV.

The top choice has been noted as a quick and fun drive, perfect for day-to-day use while still appearing upmarket.

Specifically the car from 2022, the BMW model boasts a speed of nought to 62mph in less than 7.3 seconds.

The hatchback i3 takes 15 hours to charge at 220 volts making it an excellent option for those needing a reliable option that won’t break the bank.

Starting from £5000, the car has been sold in the UK for almost a decade meaning a strong supply and stabilised prices.

Some may be startled by the Tesla which has managed to nab the silver.

From £13,000, long-distance drivers could benefit from the Model 3.

Although those thinking of grabbing one will need to keep an eye out with vehicles being found with various levels of technology, including semi-autonomous driver assistance.

The pillarless four-door fastback could be expensive to repair but has an impressive motorway range.

Meanwhile, the Volkswagen e-Up has claimed the final place on the podium.

With plenty of tech on-board and lots of room for four adults, the classy car could be perfect for larger families.

Priced from £8000, the charming electric city car loses battery at high speeds and so could be best suited to those used to handling congested areas.

Taking the fourth spot is the MG 5 SW EV with either a 52kWh or 61kWh battery version on offer.

Sitting around the £10k mark, the vehicle comes with ample power and interior space making it great for weekend getaways.

The comfortable ride handles potholes and bumps with little fuss too.

Next on the list is the Volkswagen e-Golf.

A quiet and refined car is only let down by a lack of models on the market.

Costing around £8000, the earlier battery’s range disappoints but is complemented by an effortless design and sense of familiarity from the brand.

The Renault Zoe, Nissan Leaf and Kia Soul EV have all been estimated to cost less than £5,000.

From just £2000, bargain hunters may be pleased by the Renault model which has been described as best for urban drivers.

The best value for money can be found in later models without a separate fee for the battery.

For those less concerned by the price tag attached to the EV, the Hyundai Ioniq Electric is a great all-round model.

Perfect for families or those taxiing friends around, the handling lacks finesse but overall the vehicle is sensibly sized.

With a starting price of just £500 more, Mercedes-Benz fans could nab a B-Class Electric Drive.

Useful for short range with a large cargo space, the design is harder to find than others on the list making it a steal for those who spot one.

Top 10 used electric cars

  1. BMW i3
  2. Tesla Model 3
  3. Volkswagen e-UP
  4. MG 5 SW EV
  5. Volkswagen e-Golf

Chelsea star arrives at court to stand trial after ‘racially abusing police officer in row over taxi fare’

CHELSEA star Sam Kerr has arrived at court to stand trial after allegedly racially abusing a police officer in a row over a taxi fare.

The 31-year-old is accused of lashing out at the cop in Twickenham, South West London, in January 2023.

Kerr, who is currently sidelined from Chelsea with an ACL injury, has arrived at Kingston Crown Court where she is due to stand trial.

The Australia international has pleaded not guilty to racially aggravated harassment.

Scotland Yard previously said: “Samantha Kerr, 30 (10.09.93) of Richmond was charged via postal charge requisition on 21 January with a racially aggravated offence under Section 4A Public Order Act 1986.

“The charge relates to an incident involving a police officer who was responding to a complaint involving a taxi fare on 30 January 2023 in Twickenham.”

Kerr has scored 99 goals in 128 matches since joining Chelsea in 2019.

During her time there, the team has won four Women’s Super League titles, three FA Cups, two Women’s League Cups and the Women’s Community Shield.

But the striker was crocked in January last year at the club’s warm weather training camp in Morocco.

Kerr is her country’s all-time record goalscorer with 64 goals in 125 games for the Matildas.

She has also been nominated for the Ballon d’Or Féminin – the top prize in women’s football – every year since its inception in 2018.

Kerr is in a relationship with fellow footballer Kristie Mewis with the couple getting engaged last year.

They announced in November they are expecting a baby together.

Sick surgeon ‘raped & abused 300 kids often under anaesthetic’ for 25yrs after litany of missed chances to stop him

A VILE surgeon has been accused of raping nearly 300 children while they were under anaesthetic for 25 years in the biggest paedophile case in French history.

Joel Le Scouarnec, 73, who has already been sentenced to 15 years behind bars in another shocking case, will face the courts again this month.

The disgraced surgeon has been accused of abusing hundreds of children between 1989 and 2014.

Le Scouarnec will face more than 100 rape charges and over 150 sexual assault charges when his trial starts in Vannes, north-west France.

Worrying questions have been raised after it was revealed a litany of chances to stop the monster were missed.

An FBI warning had alerted the French authorities that the former surgeon had been visiting child abuse websites.

Le Scouarnec was handed a four month suspended sentence for that vile crime in 2005 but his career was not affected.

It was revealed the French health ministry was made aware of this conviction in 2006 but did not remove Le Scouarnec from his job.

His case has raised questions around a supposed coverup by his colleagues and hospitals he worked at.

Le Scouarnec’s previous conviction had sparked a huge debate at the Quimperlé hospital when one of his colleagues accidentally discovered his sentence, according to France Info.

This worker wrote a letter to the management saying they had “doubts about (his) ability to remain completely calm when in contact with young children”.

Despite this, a unanimous decision was made to keep him at work with no extra checks.

His case had also been escalated to the French health ministry’s disciplinary department in November 2006 but no action was taken.

The ministry even allowed Le Scouarnec to continue working in 2015, despite passing the legal retirement limit.

The nearly 300 reported child victims that the disgraced doctor will be back in court for, were supposedly mostly abused in the hospital he worked in.

Le Scouarnec stopped working at the hospital when he was finally imprisoned in 2017 when his six-year-old neighbour reported rapes.

The former doctor was arrested and sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2020 for raping and sexually assaulting four young girls.

Two of these victims were his nieces, one was his neighbour, and the fourth was a former patient of his.

After his 2017 arrest, investigators made shocking discoveries at his home.

Sickening child-sized sex dolls and over 300,000 child abuse images were discovered.

Authorities also found diaries that detailed sexual acts with children, in which he described himself as “exhibitionist, voyeur, sadist, masochist, scatologist, fetishist, pedophile”, according to Le Parisien.

He added: “And I am very happy about it.”

His diaries reportedly described the apparent crimes in great detail and without an ounce of regret or empathy.

Le Scouarnec denied these words were a reality and claimed they were just his sick “fantasies”.

Authorities believe the sick man often acted on his apparent victims while they were asleep and he was operating on them in the hospitals he worked at, in Morbihan, Finistère, Indre-et-Loire, and Charente-Maritime, according to Le Parisien.

Some of his apparent victims, who are now older, claimed the doctor touched them inappropriately even when their parents were also in the room.

The sick doctor could now face 20 years behind bars, which is the maximum sentence – excluding repeat offences – for aggravated rape in France.

The child sex cases that have rocked France

FRANCE has been shaken by several shocking child abuse and rape cases.

Joel Le Scouarnec, 73, will face the courts again in a new court case accusing the former-surgeon of abusing nearly 300 children.

He was previously sentenced to 15 years behind bars for sexually assaulting four children.

The surgeon has been accused of assaulting kids between 1989 and 2014.

Authorities believe he could have also done this to children as he operated on them under anaesthetic.

The Outreau case from the early 2000s also shocked France.

An extensive paedophile network was revealed after a criminal case in northern France.

A couple confessed to abusing children between 1997 to 2000 but after they pointed fingers at friends and neighbours, the huge web was unraveled.

Among the 18 suspects were a priest who lived in their apartment building, a court bailiff from a neighbouring town, his wife, a taxi driver, a labourer, and his son.

FRANCE’S SHAME

This has not been the only horrifying rape case to shock France.

The country’s most notorious serial rapist, Dominique Pelicot, was sentenced for organising the sickening mass rape of his wife, Gisèle, for nine years.

This beast had recruited at least 70 men from online chatrooms to rape his wife and filmed the assaults – even including their next-door neighbour.

He stored around 20,000 images and videos of the perverted acts on a stick.

A huge trial of all the men complicit in Gisèle’s rape was held in 2024.

A total of 47 men were found guilty of rape, most against Gisèle, while two were convicted of attempted rape and two of sexual assault.

How you can get help

Women's Aid has this advice for victims and their families:

  • Always keep your phone nearby.
  • Get in touch with charities for help, including the Women’s Aid live chat helpline and services such as SupportLine.
  • If you are in danger, call 999.
  • Familiarise yourself with the Silent Solution, reporting abuse without speaking down the phone, instead dialing “55”.
  • Always keep some money on you, including change for a pay phone or bus fare.
  • If you suspect your partner is about to attack you, try to go to a lower-risk area of the house – for example, where there is a way out and access to a telephone.
  • Avoid the kitchen and garage, where there are likely to be knives or other weapons. Avoid rooms where you might become trapped, such as the bathroom, or where you might be shut into a cupboard or other small space.
