My ex is the most evil mum in the world – she destroyed my life with terrifying DNA trick and it could happen to any dad

WHEN Kyle Fitton’s relationship with the mother of his kids broke down, he vowed he would always be in their lives.

But scheming Georgina Saville faked a DNA test and lied on a birth certificate in a bitter bid to convince him he was not the father of their youngest daughter.

The cruel deception forced Kyle, 28, into a harrowing legal battle which lasted two years and cost £30,000.

Kyle has now been reunited with his daughters after he exposed Georgina’s web of lies.

His ex is now behind bars, having been jailed for three years – but fighting for the truth has left Kyle a broken man.

Now he is bravely speaking out for the first time to warn other fathers in the same position never to give up their fight.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Kyle from Southampton, says: “As far as I’m concerned she is the most evil mum in Britain.

“I can never forgive her for trying to destroy my life and that of my children.

“That woman has shown zero remorse for her actions.

“I hope telling my story will act as a warning to other parents involved in paternity disputes to double check DNA tests.

“If I hadn’t challenged Georgina’s actions and the test results through the courts she could have taken my daughter away from me forever.

“I don’t think I could have gone on if that had happened.”

Bittersweet reunion

After psychology graduate Georgina was jailed at Southampton Crown Court for perverting the course of justice and wilfully making a false declaration as to a birth, mechanic Kyle finally met his youngest daughter for the first time – shortly before her second birthday.

He also shares a five-year-old daughter with Georgina – but the children cannot be named for legal reasons.

“Just having both girls by my side is the best thing I could have ever hoped for.”

Recalling the emotional moment he eventually met his adorable daughter, Kyle said: “It was amazing for me but I was a complete stranger to her.

“We had to go at her pace, one day I got a little wave and then a high five.

“Now it’s the best part of my day. I finish work, go home and see my daughters.

“Walking in, they both shout ‘Daddy’ and it’s just a sense of relief that they are there, happy and safe.

“That makes it absolutely worth all the pain and stress.”

Kyle has struggled to explain the complex situation to his young children.

He says: “I have told my oldest that Mummy has had to go away to become a better person and she will see us when she is ready.

“But I don’t believe their mother thought about them once in all of this.

“I am worried about the impact this will have on both of them when they are old enough to understand.

“I have kept over 3,000 pages of paperwork for them to read one day so they will know the truth.”

Toxic romance

Kyle first met Georgina, 25, through mutual friends in 2018 and their eldest daughter was born in March 2019 – before their relationship began to deteriorate.

“We had spoken about having kids one day in the future, but I didn’t think it would happen that quickly,” he recalled.

“We were a bit overwhelmed at first, but Georgina got a big insurance payout from a motorbike accident so we were able to buy our own place and we were happy for a while.

“I loved her.”

Kyle was shocked when Georgina announced she was pregnant again in April 2021, having assured him she was taking the contraceptive pill.

“The relationship was becoming toxic by that stage,” he explained.

“She was becoming paranoid and controlling, I wasn’t allowed any social media and she went through my phone.

“It was really embarrassing behaviour and it was getting out of hand.

“I wanted to leave multiple times but she threatened to stop me seeing our eldest daughter.”

Georgina became aggressive, shouted at Kyle when he left for work at a nearby garage and would call him hundreds of times during the day.

He says: “One day I had 26 missed calls in the space of five minutes.

“It was coercive control so we split up.”

As a result of the split, Kyle was not present when their second child was born in January 2022.

But to his horror he quickly discovered that cold-hearted Georgina had left the space for the baby’s father’s name blank on the birth certificate.

She also blocked all Kyle’s attempts to see the baby.

“Every time I tried to arrange to meet my daughter her mum would come up with some excuse, she kept changing her mind and playing games.”

Then in a further twist, Georgina insisted her new boyfriend Danny Mellows was the father – and even added his name to the birth certificate.

She encouraged the older girl to call him Daddy.

Fighting back

By March 2022, furious Kyle had launched legal proceedings in the Family Court – demanding access to his children and for his name to be added to the newborn’s birth certificate.

Kyle said: “I was scared.

“She was claiming I didn’t want to be part of my kids’ lives and said she could prove the baby wasn’t mine.

“I was gobsmacked. I knew straight away she was lying.

“I knew the truth would come out eventually, I just had to bide my time.”

Lawyers told Georgina to carry out a DNA test – but she created a mocked up bogus document that claiming that results showed her boyfriend Danny to be the biological dad.

Kyle disputed the dodgy document and in July 2022, another DNA test was ordered at Family Court.

The second test proved Kyle was in fact the real father – and Georgina admitted that she had ‘falsified’ the previous test result after all.

She confessed to crafting a fake result by editing a photo she found online and falsely naming Danny as the baby’s father on the birth certificate.

After being arrested, she told police officers that ‘biology didn’t mean anything’ and she had ‘made-up’ the DNA test to ‘save herself some cost’ and get Kyle ‘off my back’.

It has broken me financially, emotionally and physically but I’m glad I kept pushing and pushing until the truth came out

Kyle Fitton

And then during her trial, Georgina suddenly announced that she was six weeks pregnant, hoping to avoid a prison sentence.

However Judge Peter Henry saw through her sudden announcement saying: “It wasn’t particularly sophisticated in its operation but the intention here was to thwart the proper course of justice.

“You were very far from showing any sort of remorse.

“You came across as vengeful.”

Kyle, who spent more than £30,000 on legal fees, added: “Georgina wanted to hurt me to the very end.

“Using her unborn child as a means of escaping prison is a pretty sick thing to do.

“I had to fight for the truth to come out, but if I’d given up I would have no parental responsibility for my own children.

“I used every penny I had to keep fighting for the right to be a father.

“I was not going to give up on seeing my children – ever.”

Heads Together, www.headstogether.org.uk, is the a mental health initiative spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales.

Although Georgina is now behind bars, she is already planning an appeal against her sentence and Kyle fears she will seek revenge when she is released.

“This is not the end,” he added.

“The girls will only be allowed supervised contact with her until they are 18, but I am constantly looking over my shoulder.

“I have lost all trust and I’m very jumpy.

“I am constantly worried, stressed and anxious.”

Kyle says the heartbreaking repercussions of this ordeal will haunt him in future relationships, but he is determined to raise awareness of the issue to help other men going through similar bitter custody battles.

He said: “As guys we don’t talk about abuse, we keep it to ourselves but I want to help as many other dads as I can.

“For any parent dealing with this type of thing, they need to push for the truth.

“There should be mandatory DNA testing when parents register a birth to stop this happening, because if someone doesn’t have the funds to fight in court their child could end up with a stranger or in the care system.

“It has broken me financially, emotionally and physically but I’m glad I kept pushing and pushing until the truth came out.”

The American, 31, warred with the Melbourne crowd during her round two clash with Aussie qualifier Destanee Aiava.

Aussie fans passionately backed their player Aiava, but Collins managed to come through with a win 7-6, 4-6, 6-2 win.

Fired up with her triumph and annoyed with the crowd, Collins cupped her hand to her ear, blew kisses and even tapped her bum.

She then said in her on-court interview: “During the match I was like, while I’m out here I might as well take that big fat pay cheque.

“We love a five star vacation, so a big part of that will go towards that.

“So thank you guys, thanks for coming out here and supporting us tonight. Thank you guys, love you.”

She then went on to add: “Me and my girlfriends we love a five-star holiday so I can guarantee that next cheque is going to go towards a five-star trip, hopefully to the Bahamas.

“We like boats. Big boats. We like yachts. Yeah, we’ll post about it and let you guys know how it goes.”

True to her word, Collins did head to the Bahamas before sharing a video clip from her trip on Instagram.

Her video showed her picturesque walk down to the beach.

She also showed off her roomy apartment, before patting her bum again while playing pickleball.

Collins beamed while posing with her friends, then sunbathed in a bikini.

Alongside kissing and heart emojis, she wrote: “This five star vacay brought to you by @coralsands_harbourisland.”

Collins’ rant at the fans in Australia drew her praise from Novak Djokovic.

The legendary Serb, 37, said: “I loved her response.

“I loved it. Everything she said on the court, off the court.

“Big fan of Danielle Collins after that. I was before, but now, big fan.

“I think she was funny, smart and just big fan of what she did.”

Collins had planned to retire at the end of last season, before performing a U-turn on her decision.

She is not set to be in action at upcoming 1000 tournaments in Doha and Dubai due to a foot injury.

Proud bride turns grandmother’s 1948 wedding dress into slinky modern gown but is slammed for completely ‘ruining’ it

SHE inherited a piece of history after being given her late grandmother’s wedding dress.

So when it came to her own nuptials, Katie decided to pay tribute to her relative by wearing the 1948 gown once again – with a modern spin.

She turned to a tailor to transform the dress into a gown to wear for her wedding rehearsal dinner
instagram/katieklinefelter

She took to Instagram to share a look at the “ivory slipper satin gown with a basque waist” dress, which she’d been given by her aunt when she got engaged.

The dress had also been worn by two of her aunts for their weddings – the most recent of which was in 1988.

And it had been updated for that occasion by having the satin sleeves replaced with mesh, and lace details being added throughout.

While Katie decided to go in a different direction for her actual wedding dress, she had the “absolute honour” of wearing it for her rehearsal dinner.

When she was given the dress, she “immediately envisioned the transformation”, and added that she knew she was only going to be able to make a “few adjustments to preserve its integrity”.

But that was enough for a tailor to turn the dress into the “elegant, timeless, ethereal” one Katie wanted in what ended up being a lengthy 12-month transformation.

For the makeover, the sleeves, lace and bow on the lower back were removed, while the back was changed to a scoop and the neckline was made a square cut.

The train was shortened, with the excess material used to make a “removal neck drape”, which Katie said “completed the look perfectly”.

“I prayed for my Gran to show up in the sunshine on my wedding weekend, and that’s exactly what she did,” Katie concluded.

“She shined so much light down on me in this dress, and I have never felt so beautiful.”

Despite Katie’s happy video, the comments section was immediately filled with people slamming her for the transformation – after she’d removed so many of the vintage elements of it.

“It hurts seeing a dress like this losing all its charm and character,” one wrote.

“It’s a part of history. There are endless dresses like the result out there.”

“You literally made it unrecognisable,” another added.

“You should have just had a dress made. Instead, you ripped everything unique and special out that dress!”

“Looks so simple and boring now,” a third sighed.

How to pick the perfect wedding dress

Wedding season is in full swing, but when it comes to picking your perfect dress, most new brides-to-be probably feel a bit clueless.

As someone who’s tying the knot in August 2024, Josie Griffiths, deputy digital Fabulous editor and bride-to-be, has shared her top tips…

  1. Give yourself time – unless you’re a sample size, dresses can take months to even arrive. Don’t stress yourself out by looking too late, in my opinion dress shopping should be the second thing on your list, right after finding a venue.
  2. Visit multiple shops – you don’t want to be buying on your first visit.
  3. But not too many – like a f***boy who can’t stop swiping on Tinder, having too much choice isn’t going to help you find The One.
  4. Take people with you – women who will be honest but also hype you up, unlike the mean relatives on Say Yes To The Dress, and ideally people from different areas of your life who won’t automatically say the same thing. I shopped with my mum and two best friends, who didn’t know each other and had different styles.
  5. Think it over – I returned to the shop before making my final decision on the dress I chose, re-trying it with my second favourite to make sure I was certain. It’s an expensive purchase, and you can’t send it back like you might your next Asos order, so take time to mull it over.

“Oh my goodness it was ruined,” someone else agreed.

“Why did you destroy something so special? Now it’s the most basic dress of all time,” another wrote.

“They butchered it,” someone else said, while another insisted it ended up looking “like a dress from Temu”.

However, others insisted Katie looked “stunning” in the re-envisioned gown.

“Everyone saying she butchered it, but this was her day and her dress and it’s literally stunning!” one wrote.

“She modernised it and still paid homage to her grandmother,” another added.

“I absolutely love it!”

“So many have missed that the dress was already modified in the 80s and the sleeves weren’t the originals,” a third said.

“Would it be better for the dress to rot away to nothing or be reinvented for a new use?

“It still has the essence of the original dress and is just stunning.”

The family-friendly resort has it’s Star Camp children’s programme, with activities such as paddleboarding in the pool, play beach volleyball, even DJ classes.

Along with a kid’s playground , trampoline area and ball pit, the children’s activities finish with a live evening show and sunset cinema too.

There’s a huge selection of food for everyone too, including the fussy eaters, with buffets, pop up snack bars, and an ice cream parlour which is all part of the all-inclusive.

One TikTok travel mum raved about it on social media, praising the self-serve rooftop bar serving drinks and slushies.

She also praised the quirky retro ice cream parlour that looks like something from the 1950s.

Another big feature of the hotel is the slide down to the lobby which some parents believe to be a game changer.

In the comments, one said they would be adding the resort to their list “purely for the slide” at the reception.

Another explained how the slide had “saved so many parents from being interrupted” at the check out desk.

Outside of the kids activities there are seven pools to choose from – including an indoor heated one in case of bad weather.

Adults can head to the spa for a massage, or try their hand at tennis with on-site courts.

In the hotel there’s also a Mexican restaurant, Greek restaurant, and a café that’s open 24 hours a day.

The hotel even offers free child places with certain trips for kids up to 14 years old.

Even better is it is right on the beach, with Playa de Muro said to be one of the best in Spain.

Rooms start from as little as £98 a night for the most basic rate.

‘There’s two things I’d like to say’ – Piers Morgan leaves voicenote for ‘Mr Humble’ Erling Haaland after Arsenal win

PIERS MORGAN rubbed salt into Erling Haaland and Manchester City’s wounds.

SunSport columnist Morgan left Haaland a cheeky voicenote following Arsenal‘s brutal 5-1 drubbing of City at the Emirates on Sunday.

Erling Haaland and William Saliba during an Arsenal vs Manchester City match.
Rex
Erling Haaland was on target at the Emirates, but struggled for the majority of the match[/caption]

Morgan, like the tens of thousands of Arsenal fans inside the stadium, revelled in Haaland’s misfortunes.

It comes after the Norwegian memorably clashed with the Gunners in a fierce post-match melee in the reverse fixture at the Etihad in September.

Following John Stones‘ dramatic injury time equaliser in the 2-2 draw, Haaland was seen throwing the ball at Gabriel Magalhaes‘ head.

And tempers flared after the full-time whistle, where he asked Hale End graduate Myles Lewis-Skelly, “Who the f*** are you?'” after the debtuant got in his face.

Haaland then proceeded to tell Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta to, “Stay humble”, before labelling ex-Citizens forward Gabriel Jesus as a “f****** clown”.

His words were firmly in the minds of the Arsenal squad and fanbase, including Morgan, who sent a voicenote to talkSPORT.

He said: “This is Piers Morgan for talkSPORT, I’ve just got back from the stadium after watching Arsenal demolish Manchester City 5-1.

“The last time we played City, Erling Haaland had a lot to say for himself at the end of the game.

CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO BONUSES FROM £10 DEPOSITS

“Well, there are two things I’d like to say after today’s game Erling.

“One is, I think you know who Mr Lewis-Skelly is now. And secondly, stay humble.

“The way you lot are playing, you’re going to have a lot to be humble about.”

Reacting to Morgan’s message, talkSPORT co-host Jeff Stelling joked: “Ah, the most humble man on the planet, Piers Morgan, having his say.”

Ally McCoist then added: “The man who put the ‘H’ in humble.”

And like Morgan, most of Arsenal‘s starting XI taunted the Norway international all game.

Gabriel screamed in the 24-year-old’s face for their opener before Lewis-Skelly mimicked Haaland’s meditation celebration.

Haaland walked over to the away end at full-time his golden Prem badge on his shirt sleeve that indicates they are reigning champions.

Told of Arsenal’s mocking celebrations, Guardiola smiled and said: “That’s good… that’s good.”

Meanwhile, Arteta’s men are working to overturn a 2-0 deficit in the second-leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final away at Newcastle on Wednesday.

Arsenal player ratings vs Man City

ARSENAL stunned Man City 5-1 at the Emirates on Sunday evening.

It was an incredible result against their rivals of recent years.

Here, we take a look at how the Gunners rated…

David Raya – 7/10
Had very little to do in the first half but made a brilliant save in the 22nd minute to deny a goalbound header from Josko Gvardiol. Made another stunning save two minutes from the half-time interval, stopping a deflected Savinho shot from close range. Powerless to stop Erling Haaland’s 55th-minute header from briefly levelling the scores.

Jurrien Timber – 6
Didn’t offer his usual attacking threat going forward but was solid defensively. Picked up a pointless yellow breaking up a harmless counter-attack in the 24th minute. Almost scored late in the second half.

William Saliba – 5
Didn’t have much to do in the first half but won all his aerial battles in the first 45 minutes. Marshalled the defence well early in the second period but was embarrassingly outjumped and outmuscled by Haaland for City’s equaliser – a major flaw of his that continues to be exposed.

Gabriel Magalhaes – 6
Like his defensive partner, he was seldom called into action in the first half. Dominant in the air in his battles with Haaland, who he trolled after Odegaard’s goal.

Myles Lewis-Skelly – 8
Continues to endear himself to the Emirates faithful with composure and tenacity beyond his years as he brilliantly floated between left back and midfield. Put real daylight between the two sides with a thumping finish just after the hour mark. This young lad is a real bright prospect for both the Gunners and England.
His trolling of Haaland by copying the Norwegian’s ‘Lotus’ celebration went down a storm with fans.

Thomas Partey – 7
Steady in the heart of midfield and broke up play well when required. Fired the Gunners back into the lead in the 57th minute with a deflected shot from outside the box.

Martin Odegaard – 7
Was in the right place at the right time to benefit from the aftermath of an uncharacteristic Manuel Akanji error and break the deadlock. Was at the heart of everything good the north Londoners did going forward.

Declan Rice – 6
Combative, as always, in the middle of the park and played a role in the home side taking the lead, teeing up Havertz who squared the ball to Odegaard.

Leandro Trossard – 6
Was particularly lively on the left in the first half, giving Matheus Nunes a real run for his money. His end product, however, wasn’t the best.

Gabriel Martinelli – 6
Lively on the right wing in the early goings. Found the back of the net in the fifth minute after some beautiful play from Odegaard but was needlessly offside. Forced a good save out of Ortega with a rasping effort in the 68th minute.

Kai Havertz – 6
Lively early doors, testing Stefan Ortega with a tame shot in the first minute. Teed up Odegaard for a tap in a few moments later. Missed a golden opportunity to double the lead in the 25th minute, dragging the ball wide with the goal at his absolute mercy. Made amends for his howler by finishing an even harder chance in the 76th minute. He well and truly needed that as he looked absolutely devoid of confidence.

SUBS

Ethan Nwaneri – 83 (on for Trossard) – 7
Put the cherry on top of the cake with an outrageous effort in second-half stoppage time.

Mikel Merino – 83 (on for Odegaard) – 5

Raheem Sterling – 89 (on for Kai Havertz ) – N/A

Riccardo Calafiori 89 (on for Lewis-Skelly) – N/A
