Diddy turned my gig into drug-fuelled sex assault hell after I was lured with record deal promise, says aspiring rapper
AN aspiring musician said Sean “Diddy” Combs ruined his career after the music mogul allegedly raped and assaulted the man in an apparent drug-fuelled sex attack.
A new anonymous man has filed a lawsuit against the disgraced rapper, accusing Diddy, 55, and his company Bad Boy Entertainment of sexual battery and conspiracy.
Diddy during his 6th Annual P. Diddy White Party[/caption]This is the latest in a string of federal and civil actions taken against the locked up rapper, all of which he has denied.
Diddy’s latest accuser claimed the music mogul destroyed an opportunity for the up-and-coming musician to accelerate his career.
John Doe claimed the rapper used a record deal promise to coerce the singer into sex.
This accuser claimed he encountered Diddy at a nightclub he performed at in Los Angeles in 2015, according to court documents seen by TMZ.
The accuser claimed Diddy and his crew showed up at the club with Ciroc bottles for the crowd.
The lawsuit alleged one of Diddy’s crew told the aspiring rapper he could potentially land a deal with Bad Boy Records if he performed well that night.
John Doe claimed he was then invited to a VIP area in the nightclub where the music mogul and other “well-known” musicians were.
The accuser alleged he saw these celebrities taking drugs in the exclusive section.
This lawsuit then claimed John Doe started feeling lightheaded and blacked out after he drank something Diddy reportedly sent to him.
Despite this, the accuser claimed he came in and out of consciousness and remembered seeing people having sex around him.
The suit also claimed Diddy grabbed John Doe’s genitals and performed oral sex on him.
This lawsuit also included an apparent image of a small container filed with GHB.
John Doe claimed he attempted to fight Diddy but alleged the star threatened to crush his career if he did.
The suit also claimed the disgraced rapper tried to force John Doe into having sex with a woman in the room.
This accuser said he managed to flee the scene by pretending he needed to use the bathroom.
The new lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday.
Diddy’s legal team has consistently denied the allegations put against the rapper.
His attorney’s said: “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.
Diddy's downfall
By The U.S. Sun's Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy's legal battles for years
BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest in September, it was highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.
His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”
Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.
The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.
Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.
Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs’ mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.
In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.
Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Combs forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.
Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.
He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
Tony Buzbee previously filed another lawsuit against Diddy and Jay Z in December 2024.
This civil suit accused the rapper of sexually assaulting an unidentified teen at an MTV VMA awards after-party in 2000.
Carter, 55, branded the case a “blackmail attempt” and alleged Buzbee had a “pattern of these type of theatrics”.
The attorney later said the lawsuit couldn’t be blackmail because “no one has made any threats”.
WAITING GAME
Diddy is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges – which he also denies.
The disgraced music star was rushed from the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center to Brooklyn Hospital around 10pm on Thursday, The Sun previously reported.
Doctors completed an MRI scan on Combs after he complained his “knee was bothering him”, a source said.
Combs has had a long history of knee issues in the past which started after he ran the New York marathon.
After routine tests at the hospital he was then transported back to jail and marched to his cell, say the reports.

KIM Wilde has revealed her ‘terrifying’ secret health struggle, saying she suffered ‘awful, unbearable pain’ and thought her career was OVER.
80s pop legend Kim, 64, has continued to tour and perform into her senior age.
Kim Wilde has revealed her ‘terrifying’ secret health struggle[/caption]However, a shock injury 18 months ago left her in unbearable pain and uncertain about her future.
Speaking on Kaye Adams’ How To Be 60 podcast, she said: “It was terrifying. It was completely debilitating, terribly painful – nerve pain going right down my legs.
“Just unbearable pain that I never seemed to be able to get out of. It was awful.
“I did feel very vulnerable. I just thought the life as I loved it was disappearing. The things that I loved to do most – walking my doggies – can’t do that.
“Going out on tour and running across the stage – can’t do that.”
Slipped discs occur when a soft cushion of tissue bulges out between the bones in the spine, often pressing on nerves and causing intense pain.
While sometimes triggered by an injury, they can also occur without an obvious cause.
Reflecting on the impact of the condition, Kim admitted: “Pretty much everything I loved to do, just in one day disappeared, and I didn’t know if I would recover.
“It was very scary, and I promised myself if I got myself better, I’d go hell for leather for everything. I’d be walking, I’d be swimming, I’d be getting a personal trainer. I’ve done all those things, and I feel fantastic.
“I’m probably fitter now at 64 than 54. Only four months after my back went and I thought my world had ended, I found myself on a pair of water skis. It’s given me this fantastic momentum, and during that time I’ve made the new album.”
Back in December, Kim told how she was lured back into performing – by singing Abba songs at a village fete.
The talented hitmaker put her stellar career on the backburner in the late 1990s to pursue gardening.
But she will return with a new album early this year – and credits a fete in her Hertfordshire village for the rethink.
She said on Kate Thornton‘s White Wine Question Time podcast: “They asked me to sing Abba but when I got there they asked if I’d do Kids in America.
“I was quite anti the whole idea of it but when I sang it the whole place went crazy.
“So the village takes credit for getting me back on stage, which I rather love.”
What Is a Slipped Disc?
A SLIPPED disc, also known as a herniated disc, happens when the soft inner gel of a spinal disc pushes through its tougher outer layer. It can put pressure on nearby nerves, leading to pain, numbness, or weakness in the back, legs, or arms.
Common Causes:
- Poor posture
- Lifting heavy objects incorrectly
- Age-related wear and tear
- Sudden, awkward movements
Symptoms to Watch For:
- Sharp or burning pain in the back or neck
- Numbness or tingling sensations in limbs
- Weakness in arms or legs
- Difficulty walking or moving
Treatment Options:
- Physical Therapy: Strengthen muscles and improve posture
- Medications: Pain relievers and anti-inflammatories
- Surgery: In severe cases, to remove or repair the disc
If you suspect a slipped disc, consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Incredible EV caravan with 7-days of self-sufficient range & can be controlled at the touch of a finger revealed
AN ambitious tech firm is looking to transform the camping industry with a futuristic-looking, all-electric caravan.
Little-known firm Pebble, based in California, US, has revealed the Flow – a caravan that boasts an innovative design and advanced technology that’s a far cry from traditional caravans.
Californian tech firm Pebble are launching an all-electeric caravan called the Flow[/caption] The futuristic caravan is looking to revolutionise camping[/caption] It provides plenty of light and space inside[/caption]The Pebble Flow features an aerodynamic and minimalist exterior, while its high-tech systems are controlled via smart app controls.
Measuring 7.6 metres in length, with a shape that makes it 300 per cent more streamlined than a conventional caravan, the Flow’s primary aim is to improve energy consumption and range.
Inside, it features a well-thought-out layout that offers plenty of space and light – helped by the large windows that provide a 270-degree view, including one that opens out to allow easy access to the outside.
The kitchen area is equipped with a range of modern appliances, such as an induction hob, microwave, and fridge.
At the rear, a double bed can convert into a compact desk, complete with USB-C ports that are perfect for those working on the go.
Additionally, owners can even pay a little extra for a Starlink internet connection, which allows them to stay connected even in the most remote locations.
Powered by a 45 kWh LFP battery, the Flow can run for up to seven days self-sufficiently, with solar cells on the roof providing a continuous supply of energy.
It also acts as a charging station for electric vehicles, making it the perfect companion for an EV on the go.
Perhaps most striking is the Flow’s driving assistance tech, which allows the caravan to partially drive itself thanks to two electric motors.
This means autonomous hitching and manoeuvring can be controlled at the touch of a button.
It even features a ‘Magic Hitch’ system that allows it to dock automatically with the towing vehicle.
Currently only priced in the US, the Flow starts at $109,500, which is roughly £88,000.
Adding the optional ‘Magic Pack’, which includes the two drive motors, raises the price to $125,000, or £100,000.
This comes as, earlier this month, we revealed that legendary designers Pininfarina are to launch their own futuristic caravan.
The Italian design house has recently showcased concept designs for its AI Transformer Home Trailer, or ‘AI-THt’.
This sleek design, created as part of Pininfarina’s partnership with AC Future – an American firm that builds “sustainable, transformer homes” – functions as a towable ‘home trailer’, a static ‘home unit’, and even a ‘drivable home’.
Like the Flow, the drivable version is equipped with self-driving technology, although the firm has yet to reveal any specific details of the automated driving system.
Additionally, they have not disclosed any figures regarding range or performance.

THE HISTORY OF LIDL IN IRELAND
LIDL first opened in Germany in 1973.
Back then, it employed just three people, stocking 500 product lines.
The first Irish store, located just off Molesworth Street in Dublin, was opened in 1999.
This was Lidl’s first entry into the Irish grocery market.
Then, Lidl opened more stores in 2000, in Limerick, Letterkenny, Mullingar, Athlone, Cavan, Ballinasloe and Portlaoise.
Now, the retailer has over 180 stores and three distribution centres, employing over 6,000 people.
They work with a network of more than 260 Irish suppliers from the communities they operate in.
