AJ Odudu flashes huge diamond ring after getting engaged to secret boyfriend
AJ Odudu has shown off her huge sparkling diamond ring after her shock engagement to her secret boyfriend.
The Celebrity Big Brother host, 37, officially launched her relationship publicly last month in the most spectacular of ways.

She introduced her hunky man at the same time she announced they were engaged to be married.
Now the loved-up TV host has given fans a closer look at her ring, which one diamond expert has valued at £14,500.
In the picture, which was taken in Seattle, Washington, a relaxed AJ is sitting in a café drinking a cuppa and eating a plate of waffles.
Grinning behind her mug, AJ’s hand rests on her face with ring taking centre stage.
Zack Stone, from UK retailer Steven Stone, said: “AJ’s engagement ring is a stunning piece that speaks volumes – both in design and sentiment.
“At its heart is a 1.5-carat cushion-cut diamond, known for its romantic, pillow-like shape and vintage charm.
“The centre stone is set in a cluster setting, where smaller diamonds delicately encircle the main gem, enhancing its brilliance and symbolizing the strength and support of a close-knit bond.
“The entire setting appears to be crafted in classic yellow gold, a timeless choice that represents warmth, tradition, and enduring love.
“Altogether, it’s a ring that blends elegance with meaningful symbolism – a truly fitting piece for such a joyful announcement. I’d estimate it to be worth $20,000.”
AJ was flooded with messages of congratulations from her famous pals after revealing the engagement.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “Hiya love,” followed by a heart, ring and puppy eyes emoji.
While the presenter star didn’t reveal the name of her man, she shared a string of loved-up snaps in which they embraced and kissed inside a photo booth.
Another snap saw AJ proudly show off her sparkler while wearing a gorgeous feathered dress.
Her partner – who had not previously been known by fans – looked suave in a cream suit, layered above a black tank top.
The Strictly star’s post attracted heaps of comments from her celeb friends, with Alexandra Burke writing: “Awww congrats babe! I love this for you!”
Jourdan Dunn added: “Congratulations!!!” while Johannes Radebe said: “Awww congrats,” and Anita Rani chimed in with: “congratulations.”
Joe Baggs, Henry Southan and Yinrun Huang also sent their love.
Up until now, AJ had been believed to be single.
In December 2021, there were rumours when she was on Strictly that she was dating her dance partner Kai Widdrington.
When quizzed on Strictly: It Takes Two, the duo laughed and appeared awkward, before Kai explained: “If people react like this then it means we are doing something right, because that is the way the dance should be danced.”
He went on to say they wanted to do the “passionate, fiery and intimate” dance justice.
“If people want to think that, then great but we are just doing our jobs, she was doing her job,” he added.
During her time on Channel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, AJ gave an insight into her previous relationships.
TV presenter AJ does not have any children.
She said: “I’ve been cheated on by three ex-boyfriends.
“One of them was sleeping with my best friends.”

THE families of two teens who were tragically killed in a horror car crash have paid tribute to the boys.
Harrison Carter, 18, and his best friend George Stephenson, 17, died in the collision on June 20.

The boys were passengers in the same car in Marston, Lincolnshire.
Harrison’s family said: “We would like to thank everyone, particularly our friends, family, The Kings School and Lincolnshire Police for the compassion and support shown to us following the terrible accident, that took our beloved son Harrison and his best friend George in the early hours of Friday, June 20th.
“Harrison touched so many lives and was a bright, talented and beautiful person both inside and out.
“As you can imagine, we are utterly heartbroken.
“Due to the nature of the accident, many families have been affected and our thoughts are with all those involved.”
George’s family also said in a tribute: “We, as a family, would like to thank everyone for their support at this incredibly difficult time.
“Losing George in such a tragic accident, has devastated us all, and our lives will never be the same again. He brought so much love and joy to so many people and was a truly kind and caring boy.
“Whilst we deal with our loss, and the police continue their investigation, we urge people not to speculate on the cause of this accident.
“Many lives have been shattered and nothing will bring our beautiful boy home.”
Why you should never take a cold shower in this heat & the exact temperature to set your water to to keep cool
TAKING a cold shower now that the temperatures are scorching has become a daily ritual for millions of Brits.
But according to one expert, as cooling as the water may seem, jumping into cold water during hot weather is not a good idea.

Dr Sophie Bostock revealed that instead, you should be doing the very opposite – and there’s a specific temperature you should be setting your shower to.
While many reckon that a freezing cold rinse is tactical before bedtime for the ultimate sleep, Dr Sophie said it’s amongst one of the worst things you could do – only topped by taking an ice bath.
”Getting into ice cold water gives your nervous system a bit of a shock,” she explained.
Chatting to This Morning’s Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, she went on: ”Your immediate reaction in cold water is for your blood vessels to constrict – because it’s trying to protect you.”
So, what should you do instead?
According to the doctor, who specialises in sleep, you should focus on ”lots of blood flow going to your extremities”, such as hand and feet.
”Research suggests that a lukewarm bath or shower actually helps with the blood flow to your skin.”
This, she went on, means that when you get out of the shower, your body is going to lose heat more easiliy.
Struggling to fall asleep in the hot weather? There are more hacks that many swear by – including a freezer tip that will give you the best night’s sleep.
Posting on social media, an expert at EarthKind, a luxury and sustainable bedding company, revealed four “easy steps to stay cool this summer.”
The first step is all about your hygiene habits and it appears that hot showers are now out of the question.
The pro advised: “Take a shower 20 to 15 minutes before you go to sleep to cool down your body temperature.”
Next up, the sleep guru shared how a flannel could be the answer to sleepless summer nights.
The pro suggested: “Take a flannel and run it under some cold water – this can be used to dab your face throughout the night to cool you down or as a cold compress on your head.”
How to keep cool in hot weather

Most of us welcome hot weather, but when it's too hot, there are health risks. Here are three ways to keep cool according to the NHS...
Keep out of the heat if you can.
If you have to go outside, stay in the shade especially between 11am and 3pm, wear sunscreen, a hat and light clothes, and avoid exercise or activity that makes you hotter.
Cool yourself down.
Have cold food and drinks, avoid alcohol, caffeine and hot drinks, and have a cool shower or put cool water on your skin or clothes.
Keep your living space cool.
Close windows during the day and open them at night when the temperature outside has gone down. Electric fans can help if the temperature is below 35 degrees. Check the temperature of rooms, especially where people at higher risk live and sleep.
Not only this, but it’s also important to ensure sunlight doesn’t invade your home where possible.
“Make sure all your blinds are down so the sunlight does not warm up your bedroom,” the expert stressed.
Finally, the EarthKind employee shared her “favourite” piece of advice for hot sleepers.
Not only will it change how you make your bed, but it’ll work in just 10 minutes too.
She beamed: “Take your pillowcase and put them in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes and trust me, you will have the best night sleep with these hacks.”
