While many might assume these stars are relying on nips and tucks, advancements in skincare and treatments mean that many reality stars and A-listers are defying the ageing process without going under the knife.

Harley Street Skin and Aesthetics Expert, Nina Prisk, Founder of Update Aesthetics Clinic says: “We are fortunate to live in an age where strong, powerful women are ageing so well.

“They are celebrating their natural beauty and taking steps to improve the health of their body and skin, rather than trying to totally transform their looks like we might have seen a few decades ago.”

Here, Nina reveals to YASMIN HARISHA the beauty secrets behind the celebrities who appear not to age.

Helena Christensen, 56

She just turned 56 on 25 December, but doesn’t look a day older than her catwalk days.

Nina says: “Helena’s youthful beauty and enviable physique are no doubt down to a combination of lifestyle factors such as nutrition, hydration, and exercise, alongside steps to protect her skin against the sun’s harmful rays, which can cause premature ageing. 

“Wearing a cap, for example, is an ideal way to protect the face and scalp from sun damage, as is wearing a high-factor broad-spectrum SPF, which she undoubtedly uses to help prevent sun spots and other sun-related skin damage such as lines and wrinkles.”

Lisa Snowdon, 53

Lisa looks incredible, and this is no doubt down to a 360-degree approach to health, which can be achieved by nurturing the body inside and out. 

Nina says: “A healthy, balanced diet and supplements are likely the cornerstone of her health regime, helping to keep her skin looking fresh and glowing. 

“In-clinic treatments such as lasers may have been used to stimulate collagen production, along with clinical-grade topical skincare products to retain that youthful glow.”

Halle Berry, 58

Hydration is an important part of skin health for Halle Berry and, indeed, overall appearance. 

As a vital component of the skin, hyaluronic acid plays an integral role in maintaining hydration and elasticity.

Nina reckons she has also had regenerative-medicine treatments such as polynucleotides that are effective for aiding optimum skin health.

She says: “It’s likely that they may be one of the reasons behind Jennifer’s incredible skin texture and plumpness. 

“When injected into the skin, polynucleotides stimulate fibroblasts to encourage cell turnover, improve elasticity, and boost collagen production.

Now, as a mum-of-two, she credits a good night’s sleep and hydration to staying so young-looking, but Nina also thinks there could be something else.

Previously speaking to The Telegraph, Tess revealed: “A friend of mine had had the treatment a few months earlier, and she looked so great.

“She looked well rested and her skin was glowing. I thought ‘ok, let’s give this a go’.

Bianca, 30, shocked onlookers at the prestigious Hollywood event after wearing nothing but a sheer dress over her naked body.

A source later told The U.S. Sun that she and Kanye were “both kicked out” of the A-list event in Los Angeles.

Now, a lip-reader has analyzed TikTok footage of Kanye and Bianca talking at the side of the red carpet moments before she ditched her fur coat to reveal all.

And she believes Kanye was behind the nude stunt.

Nicola Hickling, the founder and lead analyst at LipReader, told MailOnline that Kanye said to Bianca: “You’re making a scene now.

“Make a scene, I’ll say it’ll make so much sense.”

The Australian model can be seen nodding her head in the viral TikTok clip as her husband speaks quietly to her.

According to Nicola, he then tells his wife: “Drop it behind you and then turn, I got you.”

Nicola believes Bianca replied: “Alright let’s go.”

This year’s Grammy Awards was held at the Crypto.com Arena in LA on Sunday night (February 2, 2025).

Bianca arrived at the event in a black fur coat and headed straight to the red carpet with Kanye.

She then slowly removed her coat from behind to reveal her bare butt before turning around to face photographers.

Bianca’s bare chest and private parts were fully exposed, as just the completely see-through piece of fabric covered her body.

Kanye stood next to his wife in an all-black outfit and sunglasses.

Snappers could be heard gasping: “Wow, what a reveal!”

Fans watching at home were horrified by the look, with one saying online: “This is the worst thing I’ve ever seen.”

“This is bad… actually, this might even be criminal,” another viewer said.

A third critic commented: “How is she allowed in public? There are kids around, and she should be mortified.”

One more noted: “Ye will do anything for attention. No one cares about him anymore and this is what he pulls. Sad.”

But despite the backlash, Kanye was proud of his wife’s red carpet look.

Posting a picture of the dress on Instagram, Kanye said: “Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful woman ever My love my best friend My wife.”

The rapper – who was previously married to Kim Kardashian – also shared 13 photos of his nearly naked wife in the now infamous dress to X, formerly known as Twitter.

Bianca, meanwhile, posted a photo of herself in the dress with Kanye kissing her neck on her socials.

TIME TO LEAVE

Sources have since told The U.S. Sun that Kanye and Bianca were later told to leave the awards ceremony.

The source said: “Kanye and Bianca were not believed to have been officially invited to the Grammys. They’ve both since been kicked out.”

However, a second source close to Kanye insisted they “absolutely had tickets” as he was nominated for Best Rap Song and only ever planned to get photographed with Bianca and leave.

Kanye was reportedly seen being escorted out by police after walking the red carpet, leading many to believe it was because of Bianca’s choice of clothing, or lack thereof.

A third insider told The U.S. Sun: “He doesn’t care [that he was kicked out]. He went to get photographed on the carpet and is now having a watch party.”

Kanye also hosed his own after-party with pal Justin LaBoy at a former market in East Los Angeles, with a team setting up hours ahead of the doors opening at 10pm.
