LottolandOne judge called a commuter out for overstepping on the underground[/caption]
From 2025, Wimbledon is doing away with line judges and replacing them with technology instead.
But although this means many who have previously kept watch of the iconic tennis tournament will now have time on their hands, this new skit shows some have been quick to find new work.
With the ‘line judges’ seen looking on intently as shoppers at self-checkout queue – shouting “Fault!” when they fail to do so in an orderly fashion.
While tube commuters caught stepping beyond the yellow line have been on the receiving end of a loud and decisive “Out!”.
The comedy video was created by Lottoland.co.uk Sportsbook , whose spokesperson said: “It was so much fun creating these new roles for the ‘ex-line judges’.
“They had such an iconic role at the famous tournament, so it is sad to see that they’re not around any longer.
“We certainly took Londoners by surprise, especially in the supermarket checkout.”
It follows controversy over the introduction of electric line calling at Wimbledon, with fans divided over whether the tech will make the game better.

A poll of 2,000 adults who watch live sport, also by the betting platform, found 67 per cent believe video replays have improved professional games, while more than one in 10 (11 per cent) think quite the opposite.
It found football, tennis and cricket are the top three sports that use the technology most efficiently.
While 76 per cent are confident that video replays come to the correct decision across all sports that use it.
However, 28 per cent believe the new systems take away from the drama of the live action – due to slow decision making which disrupts the flow (52 per cent) and it causing a delay in celebrating goals (42 per cent).
And 12 per cent consider it to be ruining the tradition of tennis, according to the stats by OnePoll.
Although 39 per cent believe it improves accuracy and 35 per cent think it has made games fairer.
The spokesperson from Lottoland.co.uk added: “With all the technology developments we are seeing as a nation, it was only a matter of time before this trickled into sports.
“Our research has shown some pros and cons to VAR across the industry – does the need for accuracy really take away from the drama? I think this is something which will always be debated.”

AN OUTRAGEOUS collection of McLaren supercars valued at an estimated £50 million are set to be sold following the death of their owner – a motorsport icon closely tied to the McLaren Formula One team.
The fleet of cars, one of the largest McLaren collections in the world, belonged to Mansour Ojjeh, a French-Saudi entrepreneur who was the former owner of TAG Heuer and a major shareholder in the McLaren Group.

GettyOjjeh (left), shown here in 2006 alongside Ron Dennis, McLaren’s former team principal, CEO, and co-owner, played a pivotal role in their success[/caption]
The businessman spent four decades working in F1 and helped transform the British team into one of the sport’s greatest ever in terms of success and standing.
He also played a key role in launching their line of road cars, which started with the mythical McLaren F1 in 1992.
But Ojjeh passed away at the age of 68 in June 2021, leaving behind his personal collection of 20 pristine McLarens – with all of them said to be the final chassis number of each model.
They include iconic machines such as the Speedtail, P1, Senna and, naturally, the F1, considered the collection’s ‘jewel in the crown’.
His family has now decided the time is right for his range of high-performance motors to be sold to a new home, with leading classic car dealer, Tom Hartley Jnr, appointed by the Ojjeh’s family to facilitate the sale.
While the F1 model has covered just 1,810km and the P1 GTR was used occasionally during McLaren track days, every other car remains unused in factory-delivered condition.
They were also maintained under direct instruction by McLaren itself, which is a service no other collector has ever received.
Parting with this very personal collection is not easy
Kathy Ojjeh, widow of Mansour Ojjeh
As reported by Motorsport.com, Kathy Ojjeh, widow of Mansour Ojjeh, said: “McLaren meant so much to Mansour.
“It was more than business, it was pure passion and it was in that vein that he curated this unique collection of McLaren road cars.
“The ‘Last of Legends’ car collection is a treasure for our family – a reminder of the hours we witnessed Mansour designing each car to his specifications.
“He had an unusual talent for detail that stuns and impresses, a talent driven by the very passion he nurtured for so many years with McLaren.
“Parting with this very personal collection is not easy, but it is time for it to go to its new custodian, one who truly ‘gets it’ and will cherish owning and caring for it the way Mansour did.”
Hartley Jnr added: “I’m truly humbled that the Ojjeh family has entrusted my business with the sale of their incredible collection.
“I had the privilege of meeting Mansour on a few occasions, and his attention to detail and appreciation for the finer things in life are clearly reflected in the collection that remains today.
“Offering this collection for sale would be extraordinary in its own right, but the fact that it comes from the home of one of McLaren Automotive’s founding figures, a man so instrumental in McLaren’s Formula 1 success, makes it truly unrepeatable.”
This isn’t Hartley Jnr’s first rodeo, as earlier this year he sold Bernie Ecclestone’s collection of 69 historic Grand Prix and F1 cars for approximately £500m, making it one of the biggest car deals in history.
The 41-year-old, who counts billionaires and royalty in his exclusive book of contacts, eventually flogged the cars to Mark Mateschitz, the billionaire co-owner of the Red Bull energy drink firm.
He added: “For me, the highlight of the collection is, of course, the F1.
This is the most significant McLaren road car collection ever assembled
Tom Hartley Jnr
“It’s widely regarded as the greatest road car ever built, and this particular example is the very last one produced.
“It has only just over 1,800km from new and comes directly from Mansour Ojjeh, who, alongside Bruce McLaren and Ron Dennis, was instrumental in shaping the history of the marque.
“I have no doubt this will fetch a world record price for the model when it’s sold.
“There are so many other remarkable cars in the collection, each one completely unique and the final example of its model ever built.
“One especially poignant example is the Elva, delivered after Mansour’s passing.
“In an extraordinary gesture of respect, McLaren replaced the manufacturer’s badges on the front and rear with Mansour’s own emblem – a tribute to one of their founders.
“This is the most significant McLaren road car collection ever assembled, and I sincerely hope it is acquired by a single buyer, just as the Ecclestone Grand Prix collection was which we sold earlier this year.”
Each car is also notably finished in ‘Yquem’ – a unique shade likened to orange or Papaya – which McLaren subsequently renamed ‘Mansour Orange’.
Reports suggest the collection could sell for more than $70m – which is roughly £50m.
It could see the iconic British marque begin to produce SUVs and other types of vehicles – much like rivals Porsche, Aston Martin and Lamborghini have done in recent years.
McLaren Automotive, which is a separate entity from their famous F1 team, was sold to Abu Dhabi investment group CYVN Holdings back in December.
But CYVN also backs a number of other brands, including British EV start-up Forseven and Chinese EV maker Nio.
Reports suggest they now plan to merge McLaren with Forseven in a radical makeover, enabling McLaren to widen its model range beyond supercars, including the potential introduction of SUVs.
McLaren has suffered financial losses in recent years and has engaged in talks with several other carmakers to form partnerships and to secure new funding.
However, these talks failed to materialise and brought about negotiations with CYVN.
British brands such as Bentley and Aston Martin, and their Italian rivals Ferrari and Lamborghini, have all built SUVs and launched SUV-sized models in recent years.
These in turn have helped increase their sales and profits.
Porsche, another luxury carmaker famed for its sports cars, infamously produced the Cayenne in 2002 to a mixed reception.
However, the high-performance SUV has been a mighty success for the company and ensured their financial stability in the 2000s.

THE Vivienne was found in a bathtub by a neighbour after lying dead in the water for a “couple of days”, an inquest heard today.
James Lee Williams, who won the first series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, was discovered at home near Chester on January 5.

Tributes flooded in for the starGettyThe Vivienne won the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK[/caption]
The 32-year-old’s family previously opened up about the star’s battle with ketamine – revealing Williams died from a cardiac arrest after taking the drug.
Cheshire Coroner’s Court heard today that a neighbour had found Williams in the bath after friends were unable to get in touch with them.
Janine Gobold said she had last spoken with Williams two days before their death when they arranged a shopping trip.
She told the inquest she then received a call from the star’s friend on January 5 asking if she had heard from them.
Janine said she would use her key to check on Williams and immediately noticed there were no footprints in the snow that showed they had been outside.
She added: “I went into the kitchen and Ryan [her son] went into the living room, we were calling his name and there was no answer. All the lights were on.
“As we got to the top of the stairs, Ryan went one way and I turned right. James’ bedroom is there and there is a door to the ensuite.
“I looked at James’ bed which was all ruffled, I initially thought Panda [Williams’ dog] had ragged the quilt on the bed.
“And then I walked past James’ bed and into the bathroom and saw James in the bath, he just looked like he was sleeping.”
Janine said she rushed over to stop their face going in the water then screamed at her son to call an ambulance.
Describing the scene at Williams’ home, she said there was a Deliveroo bag in the kitchen but told the court she saw no evidence of drug taking.
A paramedic who was called to the home said rigor mortis had already set in and it was evident Williams had been in the water for a “couple of days”.
Cheshire Police previously confirmed Williams’ death was not being treated as suspicious.
The inquest was told the star had a “significant history of substance misuse, including the use of ketamine, cocaine and alcohol.”
Williams’ best friend Bobby Musker said in the days leading up to the tragedy, the pair had been sending memes, videos and voicenotes to each other.
Bobby said Williams had been to Liverpool a couple of times, which he believes was to pick up ketamine.
He last spoke to the drag queen on January 3 at 8.22pm in a video call.
Bobby, who knew Williams for around 16 years, added: “I could kind of tell when he was on [ketamine], so I could tell he had taken some.”
The witnesses told how he received a call the following day from Williams’ manager asking if anyone had heard from the star.
After telling Janine to let herself into Williams’ home, he then got a call from her screaming: “He’s in the bath, he’s in the bath.”
Bobby immediately drove to the home and spoke to paramedics, who asked what Williams’ drug of choice was.
He added: “Him taking drugs didn’t define him as a person. He did so much for the good.
“I don’t want the public to see him just as what has happened, with drug use, that wasn’t the person that defined him. There was a lot more to him.”
The tragedy was announced by publicist Simon Jones, who paid tribute to the “incredibly loved, warm-hearted and amazing person”.
GettyPolice confirmed they were not treating the star’s death as suspicious[/caption]
The Vivienne finished third place on Dancing on Ice
Sister Chanel Williams previously said Williams had “a really long period of sobriety” before relapsing, which the family only discovered after Williams’ death.
She said they will be working with the substance abuse charity Adferiad to raise awareness.
Williams had spoken about their drug addiction on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.
They said: “It was party, drugs, but I couldn’t leave the drugs at the party, it was constant for me.”
He added that Williams would be remembered for their “immense talent” and “the light they brought to every room was astonishing”.
Williams won the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, which aired in 2019.
They went on to compete in an all-winners season of the franchise in the US in 2022 – the only Brit to do so.
Williams also starred on BBC Three show The Vivienne Takes On Hollywood in 2020 and appeared on Channel 4‘s Celebrity Hunted For Stand Up To Cancer in 2022.
In 2023, Williams came third place on Dancing on Ice – with judge Oti Mabuse leading tributes to the “phenomenal entertainer” and “trailblazer”.
Presenter Holly Willoughby also shared her heartache at the start of last month’s new series.
She said: “Before we move on, like us, many of you will have been saddened by the tragic news of The Vivienne’s passing last weekend.
“Now they were a huge part of our show, making it all the way to the final in 2023.
“They’ll be very sorely missed and our thoughts are with The Vivienne’s loved ones at this time. So sad.”
RuPaul’s Drag Race judge Michelle Visage also paid tribute to Williams, writing that their death was “heartbreaking”.
Williams was born in Wales but moved to Liverpool as a teenager to launch a career as a make up artist.
They met husband David Ludford after moving to Gran Canaria in 2017.
The couple announced their separation in April 2023.
The inquest continues.

The midfielder won her 91st cap for Ireland as a substitute in their 4-0 defeat to the USA on Sunday, having started against the same opposition on Thursday.
A Rovers statement said: “The club and Ruesha had a mutual agreement in place, allowing her to pursue full-time football opportunities outside of Ireland during the July transfer window.”
Whilst Littlejohn has a move lined up, Ireland squad stalwarts Aoife Mannion, Heather Payne, Megan Campbell, Izzy Atkinson and Grace Moloney remain free agents.

It has been a busy few days for Becks, who also underwent surgery on his wrist.
He wore a sling and had heavy strapping on the joint at the Club World Cup last night.

And it was not just footballers in the house.
Wimbledon 2004 champion Maria Sharapova was one of the first big-name arrivals.

The misty mountains of Chiang Mai have witnessed their share of stories, but few as chilling as the events that unfurled just days ago. On June 27th, the quiet whispers of Mae Chaem district were shattered by the shocking discovery of a murder that sent ripples through the community. The lifeless body of Boonchuay, a well-known 57-year-old resident, lay in a mountain orchard in Ban Mae Satop Tai, bruised and battered, the grisly scene made even more haunting by the nearby presence of a blood-stained log. As the morning sun cast long shadows over the site, it was clear this was no accident. Boonchuay’s red-black Honda Wave motorcycle and his phone were nowhere to be seen, adding layers to this perplexing mystery. The search for answers led investigators into the complex world of migrant labor, where two young Karen workers emerged as prime suspects. Both refugees from Myanmar, they had…
