The cancelation of Bosch: Legacy took many fans by surprise back in September 2024, and a petition was swiftly launched to keep Harry Bosch’s story going. Amazon refused to call it a cancelation and claimed it was a planned hand-off to the upcoming Ballard spin-off. However, this so-called ‘fitting end’ to Bosch: Legacy was contradicted by Mitzi Roberts, the real-life inspiration for Renee Ballard, and Amazon has some serious explaining to do.
