AN actor who starred in a huge noughties series was unrecognisable as he reunited with two of his co-stars 15 years after the show was axed.
Ugly Betty icons Becky Newton and Michael Urie recently launched the rewatch podcast Still Ugly, with them analysing a different episode each week and revealing behind-the-scenes secrets.

They are usually joined by other actors who appeared in the series – and their latest guest played a huge role in the story.
Christopher Gorham portrayed Betty’s boyfriend Henry Grubstick and appeared in all four seasons.
Accountant Henry was known for being the show’s ‘hot geek’ – but Christopher, 50, looked worlds away from Mode magazine as he caught up with Amanda Tanen Sommers actress Becky, 46, and 44-year-old Michael, who played Marc St James.
As the trio discussed their time shooting the show, Becky and Michael praised the chemistry between Christopher and Betty actress America Ferrera.
Becky said: “When I think of Betty and Henry it makes my heart swell.
“You two together… the acting and the chemistry was that magic thing that you can’t predict.”
Fans were left devastated when Ugly Betty was unexpectedly axed after four seasons in 2010 and have been desperate for a reboot ever since.
And Ana Ortiz – who played Betty’s sister Hilda – recently confirmed that everyone in the cast is open to bringing the show back.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Ana, 54, was asked if she and her co-stars had discussed a possible reboot.
She said: “There’s been so much talk about it, thank you for asking.
“I literally just texted with Michael Urie. I see Mark Indelicato probably every day. America [Ferrera] is my son’s godmother.
“Judith Light’s husband is my son’s godfather, because we got two for the price of one with Judith and Robert [Desiderio, her husband].”
“We’re very, very close and we’re all really wanting to do a reunion.”
Last month America, 40, and Vanessa Williams – who starred as Wilhemina Slater – sent fans wild when they reunited in London.
Vanessa, 62, is currently playing Miranda Priestly in the Devil Wears Prada musical and was thrilled when America went along to catch the show.
She took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of them posing together and wrote: “Look who stopped by Runway Magazine!
“@americaferrera definitely had some deja vu remembering our Mode Magazine days together on #uglybetty.”
