The pair, who hit it off in the villa on the All Stars series, have rarely been seen together since leaving the show.
Kaz has returned to social media with her kickboxing content and Montel regularly posts football updates.
But it hasn’t gone unnoticed that the pair haven’t posted together in weeks.
And now Montel has failed to celebrate Kaz on International Women’s Day on Saturday.
While many of the Love Island boys took to social media to share tributes to their other half, Montel did not mark the day.
Instead Montel took to Instagram to share a video of his day as he hit the gym and headed to a football match.
Montel developed a close connection with Kaz after a few days, and they planned to continue their blossoming romance on the outside.
Shortly after returning to the UK, Kaz shared a cosy snap with Montel after arriving back in the UK.
She wrote alongside the smiling photo: “I’m back. Thank you for supporting me throughout my time on the show.
“Reading your messages and comments has made me so happy.
“Hope you all enjoyed watching it as much as I enjoyed living it.”
Opening up about the savage twist that saw her dumped from the villa, Kaz told fans: “Yes I fully enjoyed it, I had the best time.
“I was sad to leave too but at least I didn’t leave alone.”
She then moved the camera round to show a topless Montel lying in bed beside her.
The brutal dumping came as the group enjoyed a party in Vibe Club – only for host Maya Jama to interrupt with an announcement.
Maya then revealed that the public picked Luca and Elma as their favourites.
She added that the two girls and two boys who received the least amount of votes would be vulnerable and at risk of being dumped from the Island immediately.
In addition to Nas, Kaz and Montel, fellow islander Tina Stinnes was also on the chopping block.
Luca and Elma were told they were the ones deciding which Islander stays… and which three were to be dumped.
