Charges for multi-storey parking, off-street surface car parking, on-street pay and display parking will be increased from April.
Drivers across the city should expect to see a rise in the cost of some monthly tickets and parking permits.
The price hike across several sites is expected to bring in hundreds of thousands of pounds for the council, according to The Courier.
It is just one of the charges that the local authority is increasing, with others including the cost of garden waste permits and the cost of school meals.
The council have also announced plans to increase the cost of entering the National Wallace Monument.
It is also set to increase its council tax by around 8.8 per cent from April.
The proposed increases have been laid out in budget papers which are going to be put to councillors on Thursday.
