However, friends of former Celebs Go Dating star Sam, 32, say he’s too “heartbroken” and “devastated” to move on following the news his ex is already seeing someone else.

Sam and Zara called time on their romance in late December.
But The Sun revealed how Zara is already dating One Direction singer Louis,.

Now The Sun can reveal that Sam had already logged back onto his Raya account around the same time as their date.
The reality star was on the app before meeting Zara, and has now activated his account again.
An eagle-eyed fan who is also on the exclusive celebrity dating app posted on social medial: “I saw Sam on Raya last week!
“So he’s back on the dating scene as well.”
Despite being spotted on Raya, friends of Sam told The Sun that he’s too “heartbroken to move on” just yet.

Following the news that his ex-girlfriend Zara was dating Louis, sources told us that “devastated” Sam has headed off for a break to clear his head.
But his sister Louise‘s fiancé Ryan Libbey, has warned him he needs to face up to the heartbreak, rather than try to “outrun it”.
On the couple’s weekly podcast He said She said, Ryan said of Sam: “We were talking about all sorts of stuff, from things that have happened over the past few years, some stuff super current and we got onto the subject of forms of therapy – which we’ve done different forms, both him and I.
“He’s very much like you [Louise] in that sense that you feel like you need to be busy all the time to keep your mind preoccupied with stuff and keep busy.
“That’s kind of your default as Thompsons.
“But that’s not sustainable, you can’t outrun things, I really believe that you can’t outrun things.
“If you’re actively trying to stay busy to avoid something, you’re never gonna win that race, it’s always gonna catch up with you at some point because something will slow you up.”
SAM’S ‘HEARTBREAK’
The Sun exclusively revealed how Sam was “heartbroken” when he found out about Zara’s dates with Louis.
An insider told us how the I’m A Celeb champ was shocked about how quickly his ex has moved on.
A source told us yesterday: “Sam is obviously devastated by the news, he was with Zara for years and the break-up has hit him hard.

“He’s taking some time out to focus on himself – it’s completely blindsided and embarrassed him.
“He didn’t expect Zara to move on so quickly and he’s still dealing with the aftermath of the split.

Zara and Sam first when public with their romance in 2019.
