Hooray! America is finally heading toward race and gender fairness

The march toward greater fairness for jobs, promotions and college admissions continues apace, with the Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling in Ames v Ohio, saying everyone deserves the same protection from discrimination, including straight white women and men.
