Kaizer Chiefs warned on signing Sipho Mbule
The Witbank-born player joined Qatar SC in January after leaving Ahly as a free agent. After just 10 appearances that included four assists in the Qatar Stars League, Tau has been released to join a club of his choice.
Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi told the media in March that Amakhosi have a new transfer strategy to look for South African players outside Mzansi. The club felt that clubs in the Premier Soccer League play hardball with Amakhosi regarding closing deals.
With Tau’s remarkable pedigree and winning experience, Kaizer Chiefs will undoubtedly enquire with his agent, Mmatsatsi Sefalafala.
