The Forestry Commission has informed beneficiaries of the Youth in Afforestation program that the program is being phased out.
The decision to end the program is part of the effort to reset Ghana to the country citizens want.
A letter sighted by MyNewsGh.com says beneficiaries will be disengaged from March 31, 2025.
The letter indicated that their names will be deactivated from the YAP beneficiary database system with effect from March 31, 2025.
The Commission used the opportunity to thank them for their services.
