The 24-year-old recently revealed she would be setting her sights on hooking up with her oldest fan.
Lily, who has become one of the most controversial women in the UK, said: “This week, I’m looking to be with my oldest fan ever.”
“So, you know, if you’re hitting the 60s or the 70s, please hit me up,” she continued.
But the content creator has left people wondering if she really wants to do her next challenge after posting a ‘Day in the Life’ video on TikTok after her announcement.
The influencer was in her room filming when she said: “So I haven’t done a day in the life today because I’ve literally just had the most boring day. I’ve just been doing admin in bed.”
But it wasn’t her evening plans that left viewers concerned.
Instead, people were preoccupied at looking at the state of her messy bedroom.
Lily showed off her room which was littered with boxes and trash on her chair and all over the floor.
When she moved the camera angle, you could see the mess was even worse as she had multiple pairs of shoes thrown across the floor along with clothes and towels hanging on furniture.
People were quick to point out her messy room could be a sign of her struggling.
One person wrote: “The state of your room tells me exactly how you are feeling.”
Another commented: “Girl you need to do a cleaning video.”
“Offf girl is struggling,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Room looks like an atomic bomb went off.”
“Have you been burgled?” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “Wasn’t she 5 months pregnant?”

OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
As of 2023, it is thought to have more than 220million registered users and over three million content creators.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t exclusively designed with that in mind – anyone who wants to build up a fan base and charge them for it can set one up.
Celebs like Katie Price and Kerry Katona are popular personalities on the platform.
“Whether you’re uploading tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage or just endless selfies, a lot of your followers would be willing to pay for them,” the company states.
For every subscription that’s sold to a viewer, performers get 80 per cent of the cash while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It isn’t limited to adult content, as it has become popular with physical fitness experts and musicians.
Latest Controversies
It comes after Lily received backlash for faking a pregnancy in three Instagram posts.
One short clip showed Lily cradling her ”bump” while telling social media users It’s official”.
The video was an animated version of the original snap, which showed the OnlyFans model wearing a figure-fitting spaghetti strap top with a pair of flared bottoms, that Lily captioned: ”The secret is out.”
”Baby Phillips 2025,” she wrote.
Lily – who previously claimed she slept with ten men at once before her OnlyFans career – also included a photo of two pregnancy tests.
The prank caused upset with the public and Lily has since deleted the pregnancy posts.
But people have still taken to recent posts to share their disdain.
“Love how you removed the pregnancy posts but never did apologise… lovely PR stunt.. You give OnlyFans women a bad name,” wrote one.
Another penned: “Sorry, lying about pregnancy is really sick.”
And Lily’s latest sex challenge has left people equally sickened saying they need to protect the elderly population from her.
One person said: “No man is safe. Picking on the elderly now.”
Another added: “Age concern at a new level.”
