No one is more shocked by yet another baby announcement from Elon Musk than his oldest daughter Vivian. Apparently, the 21-year-old learned along with the rest of the world that she has a new half-sibling when the news broke on social media that the Space X CEO welcomed his fourth child (and 14th overall) with tech executive Shivon Zillis. And she has some thoughts about the whole situation.
Vivian, whom Musk shares with ex Justine Wilson along with her twin Griffin; triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, 20; and late sibling Nevada, posted a video on TikTok this week reacting to the news. The TikTok was stitched with her previous Feb. 15 video, where Vivian first reacted to hearing about Musks’s child with author Ashley St. Clair.
“Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I found out I had half siblings through Reddit, I’d have two nickels… which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?” Vivian wrote on the original February video, which went viral with 1.6 million views.
In the new video posted this week, Vivian wrote, “This is already outdated nevermind 💀” over the duet, which features a close-up of Vivian’s eye. In the caption, she clarified that she found out about Shivon’s new child via a different social media app. “Technically it was through Threads this time though.”
“For clarity’s sake, I have found out through specifically Reddit twice — but through the internet in general 7 times💀💀,” Vivian added in a comment. Can you imagine finding out seven times that your dad had a new baby via the internet? Poor girl!
Last month, Vivian shared how she found about her half-sibling Techno, who Musk shares with Grimes, through a RuPaul’s Drag Race subreddit. “At the moment, I’m just in complete shock and I don’t believe it,” Vivian recalled of the memory, per E! News. “So I double check it on the news and turns out it’s actually f–king true and I am just the last one to find out about it. This is a real thing that happened to me.”
Zillis announced the news of her fourth child with Musk on X (formerly Twitter) last week. “Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus,” she wrote. “Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much ❤️ .”
Musk and Zillis share baby Seldon, daughter Arcadia, 1, and twins Azure and Strider, 3. Musk is also dad to X Æ A-Xii, 4, Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and Techno Mechanicus, 2, with Grimes, and is also reportedly the father of a 5-month-old baby with St. Clair.
