Twilight fans laredy know that publishers are going all out for the 20th anniversary of Twilight, releasing not one, not two, but three limited editions for shoppers to pre-order as early as today! The first book that started it all, Twilight, came out in 2005, and in honor of the 20th anniversary, they’re releasing a limited edition cover that makes our Hot Topic-loving hearts sing!
For those who don’t know, Twilight is a romantic fantasy book that follows a teenage girl named Bella Swan, who falls for a vampire named Edward Cullen. After they fight their feelings, they fall in love, but of course, things go awry when you mix humans and vampires.
And to celebrate this iconic tale turning 20 years old, you can pre-order a gothic version of the bestseller for less than $20!
The Twilight (20th Anniversary Edition) is the perfect anniversary book edition for those who love the gothic side of the series. It’s basically homage to those who adore the iconic original cover but want a more moody twist to it that reminds us of the 2000s era when Twilight was everywhere. (And it will be available on Sept 2025!)
While the cover is the same, there’s a stained edge design: with a black background, red swirled detailing, and the iconic quote in white, reading, “And so the lion fell in love with the lamb.”
Along with that, there’s new art on the front and back that gives off even more moody vibes, following a blue and black theme.
