A COMMENTATOR went into meltdown after a driver-turned-darts star produced a VERY rogue finish at the Modus Super Series.
Kenyan ace Peter Wachiuri is one of the top aces around.

He almost made history last year by becoming the first person from his country to compete at the World Darts Championship, only to fall at the final hurdle in his playoff against Cameron Carolissen.
But now, Wachiuru is continuing on his path to darts greatness after making his debut at the Modus Super Series.
The breakthrough has seen Wachiuru, who used to work as a driver before becoming a darts pro, earn a lucrative three-year endorsement deal with Winmau.
And Wachiuru has been providing plenty of entertainment at the tournament.
His latest game saw him take on Barry Copeland in Group A.
Yet despite the latter’s prowess, Wachiuru raced into a 3-1 lead in their best-of-7 battle.
The star was left with a checkout of 48 to seal victory.
But Wachiuru decided to take an unusual approach to his final dart.

Instead of hitting an 8 before taking on the regular Double 20, he instead hit a Double 12.
It meant the ace had to repeat the feat to seal victory.
And Wachiuru did it in style as he fired a Double 12 again.
His rogue checkout delighted the commentator, who yelled in pure ecstasy.
The person on the mic boomed: “Double 12, Double 12 to win it. This would be incredible.”
After Wachiuru completed the move, they continued: “That’s sensational. What a way to win it.
“48 left and he’s gone Double 12, Double 12.
“What are you doing? Unbelievable.”
