DC Studios has officially announced their production of My Adventures With Green Lantern, a series that shares the same timeline as My Adventures with Superman. She used to be an ordinary girl who had to witness the death of her friends. Though she escaped the murder, she had gone through anxiety and trauma which made her the prey of the Ring of Volthoom. The Ring of Volthoom feeds on fear, which is why it calls upon the fear and anxiety of Cruz, attaching itself to her. This ring sensed her trauma and amplified her negative emotions in order to control her.
In the beginning, she was reluctantly influenced by the power of the Ring of Volthoom but later she overcame her fear and broke the influence of the ring with her willpower.
Batman comes to her rescue to help her discard the influence of the Ring of Volthoom. In a groundbreaking moment in Darkseid War, Cruz finally breaks the control of the Ring of Volthoom. When a battle breaks between Darkseid and Anti-Monitor and the Justice League is caught in between the battle, Cruz fights alongside the league while resisting the ring’s control. She sacrifices herself to save the team.
At this moment the ring of Volthoom breaks, potentially killing her. But then a true Green Lantern ring revives her, recognizing her sacrifice and willpower. This is the moment Cruz turns into a true Green Lantern. From the victim of dear to the true wielder of willpower, Cruz’s story is one of the most compelling transitions in Green Lanterns.
When is My Adventures With Green Lantern releasing?

Is ‘My Adventures With Green Lantern’ connected to ‘My Adventures With Superman’?
My Adventures With Green Lantern shares a similar title format with My Adventures with Superman. Both productions feature Jake Wyatt as executive producer and will follow the same timeline.
