TWO much-loved X Factor stars have revealed they have got engaged after meeting on the show.
The two singers competed against each other eight years ago, and now are getting married.

Rak-Su singer Jamaal Shurland and Shereen Cutkelvin of the band The Cutkelvins met on The X Factor in 2017.
Ever since their first encounter on the hit ITV talent show, the couple have been inseparable.
Now it’s been revealed they have taken the next step in their romance.
The happy couple today revealed to their fans that they are getting married, after Jamaal popped the question.
Taking to Instagram they shared a slew of loved-up pictures which saw Shereen show off her stunning diamond ring.
Writing next to their sweet snaps, the bride-to-be said: “The proposal 
“It all happened in my childhood town, weather was freezing (hence the red noses) with an amazing view of the moon 
.
“It was completely unexpected (hence the no manicure lol).”

Rak-Su were crowned the winners of X Factor in 2017 after a tense battle.
The RnB band wowed the fans with their raw talent from the get-go. Here’s more about the group.
Rak-Su wasted no time making waves with the judges as the smoothest boyband to hit the show since JLS.
Along with Jamaal, the group is made up of Ashley Fongho, Mustafa Rahimtulla and Myles Stephenson.
They impressed the judges with their original song I’m Feeling You and the viewers hailed them as the winners from the early rounds.
Nicole Scherzinger started off the series by flirting with them after one member admitted he fancied her.

The group were crowned champions after beating Grace Davies in the final.
Speaking in 2021 about the band’s “bond” Jamaal told Celeb Mix: “Well… I mean, listen the basis to all of this (the band) is friendship and our shared vision for what we want to do together as Rak-Su, and that’s to make really great, infectious music with a message.
“I’d also say, that because we’ve been through so much together, there’s an unbreakable bond there that only gets stronger because of what we’ve been through.”
Meanwhile, Shereen’s band The CutKelvins are a Scottish trio from Lanark, which are made up of her and her siblings Kyle and Jay.
During their time on X Factor, along with Rak-Su, they were mentored by Simon Cowell in the Groups category.
The CutKelvins made it to the semi final, finishing in 5th place.
