FRAWLEY, an emerging artist is making waves with her fresh and melodic sound. At a young age, she has already captured the hearts of many through her songwriting for the likes of John Legend and Tate McCrae and now she’s stepping in front of the camera. Today, she debuted her new single and music video for “Girl Crush.” This song is a celebration of self-love and confidence, resonating with anyone who has ever felt empowered by embracing their own worth. The video captures the essence of self-love and the power of female friendship. It’s a bold statement of self-empowerment, encouraging everyone to appreciate and love themselves. The songs catchy melody and relatable lyrics make it an anthem for anyone who believes in the power of self-love. It’s a beautiful reminder that the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.

How did Girl Crush come about? At first I wrote girl crush for another major artist who was looking for a song about empowerment, feeling herself and being in an era of self-love, all things that resonated with me. Because I was also in that same era, the lyrics and vocals were done and recoded in no time. That artist ultimately ended up not releasing the song, which gave me the idea then to release it for myself.
How did you get to this moment in your career? I’ve been singing since I was a little kid. I used to do musical theater, talent shows, poetry contests. I would do literally anything to get my voice or words out there. When I was about 12, I asked my mom to bring me to NYC to record a few covers with the iconic Ari Raskin. We pulled up to his studio apartment, my mom sat in the room with us while I recorded my covers and I started uploading them to SoundCloud where they took off and blew up. From the SoundCloud tracks, I found a management team and signed a publishing and recording deal. I’ve been going ever since!
Why makes you different from other emerging artists? – My lyrics and vocals were built to last: the new records carry emotion, you hear every note and the lyrics are thoughtful, layered, and most importantly fun.
Who are some of your inspirations? ⁃ The Cranberries ⁃ Kelly Clarkson ⁃ Leona Lewis ⁃ Adele ⁃ Post Malone ⁃ Kacey Musgraves
Any collaborations on your wishlist? – I’d love to do a duet with Post Malone one day. No explanation needed.
This rising star is definitely one to watch!
